[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — paid for ticket but goibibo did not issue ticket

I had booked my ticket from BOM to AKL via SIN for 62K INR. I made the payment via net banking and i received a payment confirmation as well. Even goibibo issued a PNR no. too. PNR EDXTWH.

To my surprise they didnt issue my ticket nor did they notify me of any glitch in booking. I even was able to retrieve my payment receipt from the site. When i contacted customer care next day i was informed that they are unable to process the ticket due to their system glitch and i need to book a new ticket for which the current price is 80K INR. Due to the stupid system glitch of goibibo i had to loose 20K INR for which they havent given me an explanation.

I would need my loss to be paid by goibibo and issue a new ticket. I'm attaching the payment receipt and the ticket snapshot.
