We have booked a return flight from paris to goa on 13th may 2019 through goibibo. We booked our flight quiet before considering the lowest fares and visa approval procedure which takes approx. 15 to 20 days. After booking we got a confirmation email and also money was deducted from my bank account. We submitted the tickets with all relevant documents for visa application. After 14 days, i. E on 28/05/19 we got a message that our flight is been cancelled. We called the customer care number and talked to numerous people trying to convince that we have already submitted the tickets print copy to consulate and now they might cancel our visa as now our flight tickets stands cancelled. It was due to goibibo's technical mistake that this has happened. It took them 14 days to inform us about the ticket cancellation nd for the refund. They instead tried to convince us to book the tickets available now but at higher prices. We tried to convince that we don't want the refund but just confirm the tickets which we have booked on same day and same price so that it matches with the documents we already submitted to consulate office. After following up continuously for 4 days there is still no action taken. Now our money spent on one way flight tickets, hotel bookings and train tickets is on stake. This amounts to approx. 1.5 lac rupees. We may loose this money if they cancel our visa. Also, in case our visa gets approved also we have to book new tickets but now the fares has substantially gone up, for no mistake of ours we are forced to do so.

    I have already registered the complaint but with out resolving my complaint is showing the status as resolved so i am writing this again. My payment id is upi/[protected]. Credited account upi id is [protected]@hdfcba. Transaction amount rs5610. Date 19.04.2019. Booking mobile number [protected]. Email id pandi. [protected]@gmail.com. Flight from chennai to bhubaneshwar. I have attached my statement copy here. I have enquired my bank regarding this issue but according to bank records the amount has been credited to goibibo account. If not please provide me the bank statement of goibibo account on that particular date so that bank can register a complaint and refund the amount to my account. So please check the details and do the needful as early as possible it has been already arround 43 days.

      Sir,
      I have booked 3 ac rooms through goibibo for stay at kanyakumari for 12.5.2019 checkin and checkout on 13.5.19 with booking id htl7k5x7bq.

      I had a horrible experience there. I have complained to the customer care number [protected] on 12.5.19 itself. I had emailed them and sent whatsapp message in +[protected]. I have sent them the following message... "i have arrived at kanyakumari rajam hotel by 7pm today. I was given 3 rooms which i booked only to find the bedsheet s are dispersed and the pillows were terrible. I couldn't stand the sight and i have immediately vacated the rooms even before occupying it. Im terribly dissatisfied by the ratings u have given to this hotel, the only reason why i booked this hotel.
      Im seeking a total refund of my booking at the earliest. Contact me immediately at this number [protected]"
      The pillows were filled yellowish saliva marks, and it was a horrible sight. The executive promised a refund and asked me to wait for 14 days. Since nothing happened, i called the customer care again on 26.5.19 and was given service request mo.27941953 and promised to revert back within 2. Hours nothing happened and again i called the customer care again on 31.5.19 to receive the same response. They purposefully denied me any email id of the officials and caused me much stress and mental agony. The customer care executive even lied to me on several occasion s and calls were purposefully disconnected after making me wait for nearly 1 hour. Today 2.6.19 again called talked to the supervisor by name kunthan and he tried to mislead me and they blatantly denoted refund when confronted with direct questions. These acts unambiguously constitutes offence of cheating.

      The most serious concern is they dont provide email id to contact the higher officials in case of no resolution of complaints through their application, website or when contacted over their number. Its high time to give appropriate directions to all customer care executive to provide emails if requested by customer.

      Sir, i request a full refund of rs.3295 at the earliest with appropriate amount as compensation for the mental stress, agony and loss of precious time.

      I request for a speedy action. Please take stern actions against them.

      This is the goibibo customer care number i obtained from Google search and contacted on 12.05.19 attachong screenshot. They have not provided any customer care number in the mobile application.

        1. I have booked a flight from goa to bangalore at 4 30 pm on 02/06/2019 and realized i booked for the wrong date and cancelled directly with the indigo airline at 4 52 and got the confirmation for the same. The airline "confirmed" that the entire amount would be refunded to goibibo as we cancelled within 24 hours of booking and since we have made another booking on the very next day with indigo via goibibo itself and airline mentioned we have to contact goibibo regarding the refund. The total amount is rs. 6708.
        2. Unfortunately there is no way to directly contact goibibo apart from their ai gia which is useless!! Their direct toll free nos provided are even worse. Where is your executive line? How will a robot understand this? Where is your direct support email id? Everything gets redirected to the website or chat or the phone number in a loop.

        Please ensure that my account is refunded within 5 working days! Ive mentioned the pnr number in the subject and you can take a confirmation from airline regarding the same. And enhance your customer service! Its not what it used to be a year ago

          We booked oyo room from goibibo for 4 nights and confirmed before coming twice and was told it won't be a problem and we have taken care of the concern, 5hen after reaching we were told room is for 3 adults but we got a booked confirm ticket for 6 adult and a child. And since then sanchita aditya nadeem farhan sachin abeed pravin etc all the reps are holding us in line in pretext of solving our problem and we had to wait outside at entrance till 1am. They are handling our problems since 5pm saturday till 1am sunday and thereafter we booked another room from go ibibo and we paid 10, 000 for 2 rooms and after reaching to the hotel they said they have only 1 room. After that still they are solving our problem, and we are still waiting, after constant harassment from the goibibo company and there representative, we asked for the hotel cancellation and refund of our money still they are solving problem.. What is this... Since morning nishant and pooja also lied to us and are list bothered o[censored]s... And problem is still unsolved neither refunded nor allowed us the room.

          We have the confirmed booking ticket and recordings of the lies the representative and seniors of goibibo told..

            I want to bring to your notice that i was cheated by air india today for no fault of mine and went through lot of agony and waste of time and loss of money.

            I recd an email from goibibo on sat 6/1/2019 10:42 am stating that the flight is delayed by 45 minutes. I also called air india customer care @ [protected] and cross checked and confirmed on the same.

            I reached airtel security gate at t2 and while scanning the barcode of my web checkin boarding pass, it was showing as closed. We tried several times and was saying as closed. Later the staff guided me to go to the air india counter and i went there and showed by boarding pass and also the flight delay mail. And the ladies at the counter never bothered to hear my problem and they blindly saying 8 pm is the departure why u r late etc. Then i showed the delayed flight mail and they does not have answer.
            They did not give a favourable reply and they were determined to chase me out of the airport. I don’t know the reason why. I sensed there is a descrimination showed towards me since other few passengers had the same issue and they did some arrangements and taken care. But i was left isolated and went through lot of agony since i missed to meet my family staying at bangalore and my son was hospitalized and could’nt meet and lost the precious time. I pleaded to the air india staff from 8 pm to 8.45 even though the flight was not departed but i was denied to board the flight.

            Later i called air india customer care and shared my pain and requested to cancel the ticket and for refund.

            Kindly look into this and provide me a proper justfication. Was my ticket sold to someone in black for extra money and putting the actual booked passenger in jeopardy??

            Awaiting feedback and who is going to compensate my loss.

              Called goibibo customer care for support as the bus was break down. But they could not arrange any other bus and i was all alone standing at 12:30 am on road without security. The bus operator or the goibibo did not take any responsibility. They didn't not even refund and i had to pay for the ticket three times more and travelled at 1 am sitting beside the driver in the cabin.

                I had made a hotel reservation through goibibo app to kuta-bali at grand zuri hotel on may 08, 2019 and made payment based on the availability on the site dated june 10, 2019 to june 14 2019. This was a superior room with complimentary breakfast. I have been repeatedly calling goibibo customer care as i have not received any confirmation on my hotel reservation. Whenever i have called, i have received a confirmation from the customer support stating this issue has been escalated to the higher level management team and customer delight team and they would revert in 48 hours. Till now i have called the customer care around 40 times and i have not received response on my resolution on my hotel stay at bali. Day by day the prices of the hotel are going up and goibibo is playing around without helping me in hotel reservation and alternative hotel. Goibibo has to pay a compensation for such negligence on service offered to customers. They have no respect for customer money and efforts put in. I request the consumer compliant authority to take appropriate action and provide justice. I had never expected this kind of service from such a company. Further i checked in goibibo app as of june 1, 2019, and there is still room left in the property. Please find the recordings and evidence.

                  After jet airways suspended all there flights, i tried contacting goibibo but couldnt connect with them as all there lines were bust. Infact the customer care number mentioned on their site is also not working. Post that there was mail communication from goibibo that they have received formal intimation by jet airways and they are in process of claiming the refund amount for my booking as per the guidelines and goibibo will keep informed on the progress. When i contacted go ibibo today to check on my refund progress they confirmed that since they didn’t received any call from my end they haven’t processed the refund and will now not be able to do so. It took me long wait of 30 mins to speak to them and in the end got this response.

                  There was no mail / message communication from go ibibo that customer as to call go ibibo to initiate refund. This is utter carelessness from goibibo team. They have cheated people and are making profit by not returning refunds.in customer care in spoke to manosh chakraboty, floor manager. He was not at all supportive and didn’t even seemed to understand and help. It looked like these people were taught one line that we cannot help. Such irresponsible behaviour from goibibo team is not at all acceptable. Goibibo is fraud company, looting money from people. Worst ever customer service support.

                    I booked a train from dli to jind junction through goibibo app for 26th of pnr:[protected] and trn:12481. The ticket status remained waiting and thus was not confirmed. I was therefore not able to travel. I requested for a refund of the amount i had paid through the app which was answered in denial of any such booking having been done by me. Whileas the goibibo team sent me an email three days ago stating that the refund has been completed although the amount has not reflected in my account till now.

                      Today i was trying to book a flight from kochi to pune and i select a particular day and searched, when i clicked on the flight which i needed, it moved to another page showing better options, i was not able to book flight for that exact date as the site got stuck when i clicked that i don't need suggestions.

                      It's my decision to select whether i need that particular flight or need to select the suggested one.
                      It was not at all allowing me to select the flight which i wanted.

                      Someone doing in a hurry will not check during the better options the date is changing or not.

                      The site has got really very much verse.

                      Also no proper customer service.

                      Chatbot gia is useless.

                      Customer service numbers are not working properly.

                      No one to contact for immediate action as the call is saying to get service from website.

                          This is rajeev sudagani, i had booked 2 rooms on 31/05/2019 in goibibo hotel booking.
                          The booking also confirmed, i had got confirmation mail as well sms also but the hotel not allowing us to checkin, because they don’t get any confirmation from goibibo end.
                          At 10:30 pm i had booked the room untill 12:40 also they didn’t resolved my issue, i had called 7-8 times on this issue, but they simply saying that we keep resolving on your issue, but my issue not resolved.
                          Literally me n my family 1small chaild also waiting in reception. This is very bad scenario i my life...

                            I booked airindia flight for me and my friend from delhi to ahemdabad of rs 9917 due to overboarding the executives didn’t allow us to board the flight. They even gave us the certificate for the delay which i have submitted to goibibo. According to goibibo they initiated the refund and now they are saying that they have given me complete refund but i have not got any amount, i have given them my bank statement and other necessary details that shows that no amount is transferred by goibibo. Now the customer care people dont listen and every executive of their says that we will contact you within 24 hours but no one does that.

                              I've opted for a flight ticket from bombay - dallas of cathay pacific airways via hongkong as 1 stop flight in 26hours. On goibibo website the above itinerary was showing, so i was tracking from past 1 week and went for booking once price was down.
                              After the payment was made, i've received a 3 stop booking with different airlines like bombay to delhi, delhi to moscow, moscow to newyork, newyork (Different terminal) to dallas with 35+ hours. When i reached out to goibibo customercare multiple time, few also disconnected the call in between without proper resolution. They also said that i had made the wrong booking. But i had a screenshot before booking (For reference to peers) was placed.
                              Being a student from india travelling to us, i opted this specific itinerary because of 1stop journey, less layover time - 4.5hrs + more baggage allowance 46 kg+7 kg.
                              If i have to continue with the journey, i couldn't afford for cabs for transit to different airports, food for layover time also extra charges for baggage.

                              In a nutshell, i want my booking to be made as per the information shown while the booking was made. It is aug-12-2019, 1:10am, cathay pacific airways, bom - dfw, 1-stop, layover - 4.5hrs (Hongkong) with 2pc (2*23kg) + 7kg baggage.

                              1. Compensation for baggage at bombay airport.
                              2. Food allowance at every layover stop.
                              3. Cab fare from newyork international airport to domestic airport.
                              4. Compensation for baggage at newyork airport.

                              This log doesn't justify that user had created the booking. Its already discussed with 7 executives till now. Please donot copy paste the same content again and again. As per discussion with CC executive 7th time, recent one, he told that query had sent to higher management and will be resolved in 48-72 hours. Its already been 5days & i'm continuously following up.

Through jetairways flights my pnr nois mowdou i had booked 5 tickets in apr 19 tickets were cancelled without any intimation and goibibo had not refunded our money its being 2 months now amount is 16540 when ever we called to the customer care team they provide false committment and ask us to go legal against goibibo but refund status confirmed till date... I want my refunded on priority with the compensation of interest charged on our blocked money or i have to take legal action against gobibo

                                    I want to file fraudness over goibigo. I have booked a hotel bohra international in jaipur on 30th may at around 1.30 pm. On the same day 30th may i recognized that the chechin and checkout date are not match with my schedule then i called to goibigo customer care and they replied they have registered my requiest to modify date for hotel booking. After 2 h i have again called to goibigo customer care and then they answered me wait we are solving my problem they will call me after 10 mint and they called me back and mr. Shabab replied that they are not doing the date modification bz the bohra hotel not allowed them. Then i called to bohra hotel and they said if goibigo send them a mgs to change the date then they have no problem. I called back to customer care and talk with mr. Shabab and i have given him the landline no. Of bohra hotel they connected with them and processed my issue. Then i got an email for confirmation of modifying my checkin and checkout date without any extra cost. I was on conference call with goibigo and oyo customer care persons oyo told me that i got 58/- refund on my goibigo app that was reflected on my app but immediately mr. Shabab told me no you have charged extra 327/- with date modification i said it is ok. Bz day by day the hotel rates are fluctuated so it is ok. Then suddenly mr. Shabab told me that my booking is canceled by me (Customer) but i didnot canceled my booking how it can be possible. And at the same time i have checked my goibigo app and on that the booking is still confirmed. That means it was the fault of them only. And he is bleming on me that i have done that and i ask him what is the solution for that. He answered me the my money 1510/- (Prepaied by credit card) is nonrefundable and they are unable to provide me any hotel also. After some conversation mr. Shabab told me that he called me after 5 mint but now the time 1.14 am nobody called me back. Inbetween i called goibigo customer care so many time and they disconnected my call what the nonsense is going on i dont know. Now i want to stay in jaipur and i am in the train how can i manage my staying. And the responsibility of goibigo is nothing towards their cutomer. This service is cutomer unfriendly, fraud. I want my money back so that i can book another hotel or provide me the same accomodation

                                      I was searching tickets for pune to goa on 31st may 2019, got options for 9:30Pm, and 11:55 PM as departure time, when i selected 11:55 PM aatmaram travels, and selected boarding point as hinjawadi bridge, time got changed to 12:00 AM 31 may 2019, that was a bigger glitch in their software/website...                                         I booked two train ticket for 21st may which were not confirmed. I even booked two tickets before that but i did not get the refund in original mode of payment but as gocash. I want my refund in my bank account through which the payment was made. I could use the gocash just for making bookings from goibibo. I want my refund to be shown in my bank account.
