We booked hotel (anand bagh at pollachi) through goibibo website and payment was done very earlier online. During check in we were denied by hotel management saying our property has not conformed any order from goibibo. We were from outstation beleiving we have a stay here, we have no support from goibibo for alternatives. Complained their support team through chat due to technical error of phone calls. Such a fraudulence should be punished like this should never be repeated again.

    I had taken a cab from bengaluru to hindupur (Pnr:carpafchg7vkiss) on 24th may. Due to some glitch on the driver's app, he couldn't end the trip for extra 40 hours giving me an incorrect bill. I have still not received a corrected bill and whenever i call, i get the same reply as we have escalated it and you will get a callback. No callback received yet. Corrected bill still awaited.

      Never book anything from goibibo.
      I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights at hotel gourish, mahabaleshwar, maharashtra. The room booked was duplex type with balcony.
      Room showed the pictures of bathtub and it was promised that electronic safe case is provided in the room see attached pictures). But in the room, none of these was provided. Goibibo had not provided complete information and misled on many fronts. We make these kinds of decision to book hotel based on the photographs only, which were misleading. Also, electronic safe was also not available which made us carry our valuables everywhere we roam. Goibibo group made us pay hefty amount by misleading.
      I have registered complaint with goibibo for over a month, and now i am given a reply with pictures of duplex room without balcony when the room booked by me was duplex room with balcony.
      Also, when we reached hotel, staff did not let us use the ac, though the ac was available in room, saying that it is not included in the room charges and were asking additional money. At the time of booking it was not mentioned at all that the room was non-ac. On this goibibo said that it is not mentioned in the amenities but when we asked why we were not informed that it is a non-ac room? Goibibo did not have answer for that.
      We were traveling with a baby and this caused many problems in the summer heat.
      Goibibo is saying that the refund of 2000 thousand is enough as we paid that amount to hotel for using ac for 1 night. We never accepted this.
      Goibibo does not accept their mistakes. Additionally, they harass the customer by getting them frustrated. I am done with them. Never book anything from goibibo.

        Hello this is maulik vyas. We (5 peoples) booked flights tickets for mascow to delhi and delhi to ahmedabad. My pnr number is e7t7vc. Because of
        Go ibibo company's mistake we missed our flight which is delhi to ahmedabad. They wr not made flight schedule properly. It's because their staff don't know time zone of russia and india.

        I tried call them from last 4 days but they didn't refund my money and not give proper answer.

        They send lots of message everyday for thr promotional activity but when they made mistakes we guys are in trouble they not even listen you.

        i just want to ask you one thing that If you are on vacation with family and you are at place where internet is not so easy to get ... do you think a people on vacation are able to see mails ? we are not on business trip
        we wr on family trip vacation. and i hope you know meaning of vacation.

        second thing - when you ( go ibibo team ) already get alert from airline that we ( 5 people) are surely not able to catch flight from delhi to Ahmedabad thn why GO IBIBO wait to see this nonsense happen. this is who's duty to arrange properly. please not to waste our time and your time.. i am ready to take hard action and go to consumer court for same.

          On the date 28th may, i had a booking for deluxe sea view room in rococco ashvem, goa my booking id is htlaefcw9w. At the time of check-in i get to know that the hotelier reserved the property for renovation purpose and provided me standard grande room that cost almost half of the amount i paid for the booking.
          I filed the complaint right at the moment to goibibo and they promised to provide me a resolution sooner. For the same the goibibo customer care executive took me on conference call with the hotelier and get duly confirmed that i got a different and low quality room than promised.
          After this i asked goibibo to help me getting my excess money paid for the booking but its been a week today but i did not get any revert or refund from the side of goibibo or the hotelier.
          I am extremely disappointed about the low class room provided to me by hotelier and inappropriate services provided by goibibo. Along with spoiling my luxurious vacation, this incidence is wasting my time again and again over the call that is not offering me any remedy in the end.

            Since morning i am chasing them through all possible means of communication #emai, #phone #chat #twitter still no response.

            They have cheated me had taken money for a return trip and had given me a one-way ticket.

            Now goibibo is beating around the bush.

            Now they are saying that i had booked a one-way ticket.

            Goibibo for your kind information i have evidence that i had booked the return trip.

            If still, you are going to ignore my complaint then i will proceed legal way.
            You have 24 hours in hand after that i will register a police complaint against you

              Myself Shailendra Kumar, booked a hotel through Goibibo with Booking ID-HTLKZKWNM7! Hotel Name- Zero to One stay, Gangtok for 2 days starting from 04th june to 06th june. The price was too high. I was okay with same also because of the peak season. But after check-in to the hotel room, we faced so difficulty which cannot be described in word. Room was too small for a couple to stay, dirt was everywhere, washroom tap is broken, no towels provided, No intercoms, , etc etc .. overall there was nothing good. This proves that why people say never trust to any online site. But it was not expected from a site as renowned as GOIBIBO. I want my money back.

                Today I booked 2 tickets of bus from goibibo and payed the price through my UPI id. Everything was smooth and normal from my side and amount was debited and the app said to wait for 30 minutes to get the e-ticket. But after waiting for an hour when I opened the app it was showing no future bookings and even customer executives are not responding to my query properly. This is very unprofessional of them for doing this kind of things. Below is the attached details of my upi transaction

                As I already mentioned that goibibo didn't booked my tickets so I was unable to get any booking id. The only source I have is my transaction id and upi id which I've already shared. My email is '[protected]@gmail.com' and conract number [protected]. I've also contacted the customer support executive but it was nothing of much help. Everyone is saying the same damn thing but no one is solving the problem. Just refund my money. How can an app be so useless?

                Thank you for resovling my issue. Today I got the amount credited in my account. But I would like to share another information that I got fraud call using Goibibo's name and they tried to take my money from bank account through my GPAY id. I don't know where from they got these details but I think goibibo should be extra careful about these things.

                    Goibibo (https://www.goibibo.com/) is a big fraud company. Never book your flight ticket from goibibo.

                    Today (04 june 2019) i book a return trip from dubai mumbai flight details below for 28, 775.00 rs.

                    1) dubai➝ mumbai thu jun 06 2019

                    Air india (Ai-912) (Aircraft: 788) thu jun 06 2019 dxb 03:00 — bom 07:45

                    2) mumbai➝dubai mon jun 17, 2019

                    Air india (Ai-911) (Aircraft: 788) mon jun 17 2019 bom 20:00 — dxb 21:55

                    I had used net banking to complete my transaction and after a successful transaction, i have received only one way ticket from dubai to mumbai for 28775.00 rs. (Find the attached ticket).

                    From morning i am contacting goibibo customer care and they are just playing around. They are fooling me after listening to my problem 1st executive (Sharadha) was informing me that payment is pending from my end and she register the support ticket (Find attachement) and after that no response.

                    The 2nd executive is simply delaying and keeping me on hold. I tried reaching him a couple of times he is just saying me, sir, we are checking and after keeping me on hold for 5 - 10 minutes he is disconnecting my call.

                      I made a booking with goibibo for my family vacation. The ticket was cancelled by goibibo; they had told me that they would process the refund in 15 working days. But now, more than 45 days have passed and i am still to get the refund. They are claiming that goibibo is yet get the money from the airline. I have called goibibo at least 10 times in the mean while; they only kept on bluffing from time to time. This company is a cheat - i will never use it again and not recommend to anyone.

                          Since, jet airways shut down my tickets were cancelled and had received confirmation by email from goibibo on 25/04/19 that the amount will be refunded in 10 - 15 days time. However i have been following up with them on a regular basis, but they are just dodging the refund by saying that refund will be done on receipt of refund from airlines.

                            We have booked a return flight from paris to goa on 13th may 2019 through goibibo. We booked our flight quiet before considering the lowest fares and visa approval procedure which takes approx. 15 to 20 days. After booking we got a confirmation email and also money was deducted from my bank account. We submitted the tickets with all relevant documents for visa application. After 14 days, i. E on 28/05/19 we got a message that our flight is been cancelled. We called the customer care number and talked to numerous people trying to convince that we have already submitted the tickets print copy to consulate and now they might cancel our visa as now our flight tickets stands cancelled. It was due to goibibo's technical mistake that this has happened. It took them 14 days to inform us about the ticket cancellation nd for the refund. They instead tried to convince us to book the tickets available now but at higher prices. We tried to convince that we don't want the refund but just confirm the tickets which we have booked on same day and same price so that it matches with the documents we already submitted to consulate office. After following up continuously for 4 days there is still no action taken. Now our money spent on one way flight tickets, hotel bookings and train tickets is on stake. This amounts to approx. 1.5 lac rupees. We may loose this money if they cancel our visa. Also, in case our visa gets approved also we have to book new tickets but now the fares has substantially gone up, for no mistake of ours we are forced to do so.

                                I have booked 3 ac rooms through goibibo for stay at kanyakumari for 12.5.2019 checkin and checkout on 13.5.19 with booking id htl7k5x7bq.

                                I had a horrible experience there. I have complained to the customer care number [protected] on 12.5.19 itself. I had emailed them and sent whatsapp message in +[protected]. I have sent them the following message... "i have arrived at kanyakumari rajam hotel by 7pm today. I was given 3 rooms which i booked only to find the bedsheet s are dispersed and the pillows were terrible. I couldn't stand the sight and i have immediately vacated the rooms even before occupying it. Im terribly dissatisfied by the ratings u have given to this hotel, the only reason why i booked this hotel.
                                Im seeking a total refund of my booking at the earliest. Contact me immediately at this number [protected]"
                                The pillows were filled yellowish saliva marks, and it was a horrible sight. The executive promised a refund and asked me to wait for 14 days. Since nothing happened, i called the customer care again on 26.5.19 and was given service request mo.27941953 and promised to revert back within 2. Hours nothing happened and again i called the customer care again on 31.5.19 to receive the same response. They purposefully denied me any email id of the officials and caused me much stress and mental agony. The customer care executive even lied to me on several occasion s and calls were purposefully disconnected after making me wait for nearly 1 hour. Today 2.6.19 again called talked to the supervisor by name kunthan and he tried to mislead me and they blatantly denoted refund when confronted with direct questions. These acts unambiguously constitutes offence of cheating.

                                The most serious concern is they dont provide email id to contact the higher officials in case of no resolution of complaints through their application, website or when contacted over their number. Its high time to give appropriate directions to all customer care executive to provide emails if requested by customer.

                                Sir, i request a full refund of rs.3295 at the earliest with appropriate amount as compensation for the mental stress, agony and loss of precious time.

                                I request for a speedy action. Please take stern actions against them.

I have booked a flight from goa to bangalore at 4 30 pm on 02/06/2019 and realized i booked for the wrong date and cancelled directly with the indigo airline at 4 52 and got the confirmation for the same. The airline "confirmed" that the entire amount would be refunded to goibibo as we cancelled within 24 hours of booking and since we have made another booking on the very next day with indigo via goibibo itself and airline mentioned we have to contact goibibo regarding the refund. The total amount is rs. 6708.
                                  2. Unfortunately there is no way to directly contact goibibo apart from their ai gia which is useless!! Their direct toll free nos provided are even worse. Where is your executive line? How will a robot understand this? Where is your direct support email id? Everything gets redirected to the website or chat or the phone number in a loop.

                                  Please ensure that my account is refunded within 5 working days! Ive mentioned the pnr number in the subject and you can take a confirmation from airline regarding the same. And enhance your customer service! Its not what it used to be a year ago

                                    We booked oyo room from goibibo for 4 nights and confirmed before coming twice and was told it won't be a problem and we have taken care of the concern, 5hen after reaching we were told room is for 3 adults but we got a booked confirm ticket for 6 adult and a child. And since then sanchita aditya nadeem farhan sachin abeed pravin etc all the reps are holding us in line in pretext of solving our problem and we had to wait outside at entrance till 1am. They are handling our problems since 5pm saturday till 1am sunday and thereafter we booked another room from go ibibo and we paid 10, 000 for 2 rooms and after reaching to the hotel they said they have only 1 room. After that still they are solving our problem, and we are still waiting, after constant harassment from the goibibo company and there representative, we asked for the hotel cancellation and refund of our money still they are solving problem.. What is this... Since morning nishant and pooja also lied to us and are list bothered o[censored]s... And problem is still unsolved neither refunded nor allowed us the room.

                                      I want to bring to your notice that i was cheated by air india today for no fault of mine and went through lot of agony and waste of time and loss of money.

                                      I recd an email from goibibo on sat 6/1/2019 10:42 am stating that the flight is delayed by 45 minutes. I also called air india customer care @ [protected] and cross checked and confirmed on the same.

                                      I reached airtel security gate at t2 and while scanning the barcode of my web checkin boarding pass, it was showing as closed. We tried several times and was saying as closed. Later the staff guided me to go to the air india counter and i went there and showed by boarding pass and also the flight delay mail. And the ladies at the counter never bothered to hear my problem and they blindly saying 8 pm is the departure why u r late etc. Then i showed the delayed flight mail and they does not have answer.
                                      They did not give a favourable reply and they were determined to chase me out of the airport. I don’t know the reason why. I sensed there is a descrimination showed towards me since other few passengers had the same issue and they did some arrangements and taken care. But i was left isolated and went through lot of agony since i missed to meet my family staying at bangalore and my son was hospitalized and could’nt meet and lost the precious time. I pleaded to the air india staff from 8 pm to 8.45 even though the flight was not departed but i was denied to board the flight.

                                      Later i called air india customer care and shared my pain and requested to cancel the ticket and for refund.

                                      Kindly look into this and provide me a proper justfication. Was my ticket sold to someone in black for extra money and putting the actual booked passenger in jeopardy??

                                      Awaiting feedback and who is going to compensate my loss.
