[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Payment Done but didn't get the tickets | |
Last night I booked 4 air tickets from ibibo app. Paid the money through upi, money got deducted from the bank account but the payment update status was not shown. Couldn't get the tickets. I called the customer care they said no money is shown in their account whereas money got debited from mine.
