Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund for cancellation of hotel booking

I hereby request you that I have booked hotel Madhuram at Veraval Gujarat on 10-10-25 for one room, two adults for 3 nights from 27-10-25 to 30-10-25 and paid Rs.4983/- through (SBI net banking) Gpay to you. Due to falling heavy rain I have cancelled the said booking. In ur App u shows refunded full amount but not showing in our bank account. Our account details are as follows
