I booked four tickets of Spicejet through Goibibo.com from Delhi to Pune for family journey on 14th December 2022. I applied for cancellation of tickets due to medical emergency reasons by submitting the medical certificate as required by Goibibo.com. The Goibibo site shows that the booking has been cancelled. When we contacted Goibibo customer care, we were told to approach Spicejet. The Spicejet customer care is saying that the booking has not been cancelled and I have to cancel it again on Spicejet site. There is no assurance from Spicejet about refund. I am running from pillar to post between Goibibo and Spicejet.
In a similar situation of my booking through Yatra.com, the response of Yatra.com was very customer friendly and prompt.
In this case the response of Goibibo.com is extremely poor. I expect Goibibo to be more responsive and customer friendly. Was this information helpful? |
