Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not given for failed transaction on APP

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a pending refund for an airline ticket worth ₹33, 534 for a failed transaction due to technical glitch of the Go Ibibo APP on 7th October 2025

When I initially tried to book the ticket, the payment was debited from my account, but the booking did not go through successfully. Following that, I immediately created a support request to resolve the issue and request a refund.

However, the support request (Task ID:[protected] shows as closed without my refund being processed since last 10 days.
