Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of cancelled flight due to covid 19 is not given to me yet | |
I had booked flight for Kullu from Mumbai via Chandigarh (goibibo booking id GOMUPKG2306C[protected]. First flight was Mumbai-Chandigarh (Go Air/PNR no I86YUZ) and other one was Chandigarh-Kullu (Air India/ PNR no Y2965). Both filghts were cancelled due to lockdown due to COVID-19. I got refund for first flight by Go Air. However refund for second flight by Air India is pending ( E-ticket no 098-[protected]/85). I have tried to cantact goibibo for same several times. But they are not responding to my emails. When I have contacted Air India, they told me that cancellation required to done by travel agent. I am not able to contact goibibo customer support and they're not responding to my any mail. Please help me to get refund. It is hard earned money. Was this information helpful? | |
