I have cancelled pnr no yvpxql due to medical emergency and concern has been raised via mail to [protected]@goibibo.com along with all documents on 14th nov for full refund but getting same answer that request is under process or didn't get revert from airlines, neither customer care executive ready to take conference call with airlines.
