Hi. I booked a hotel through goibibo in goa and had paid the full payment in advance. I found that i hotel room is not as shown in picture as it was stinking and not spacious for three ppl. After complaining to goibibo and asked for refund, i did not get response from them. Please help me with this asap as i m already running short of cash.

On 26.11.18 I had booked train ticket amount of 2620. But on 1.12.18 ticket got cancelled due to waiting list. I got an sms about refundof 2515, but still the amount has not credited.

    Address mentioned on portal of go ibibo is not a proper address in result to which i have to bear extra charges which is bit difficult to manage. I am in a conversation with one of his executive since last 4 days and havn't got any justified answer from their end. I have also attached the screen shoots of early images of the address mentioned on your portal and later it was changed by the concerned person from their end.

    We requested them to either change our hotel to male island or refund the amount of currently booked hotel.

      I am sorry to write you but i don’t have any choice left as your customer service team incapable to understand my enquiries and i am attaching the print screen of the chat message how they were frolicking.

      I have booked my ticket from goibibo which i always favor but after this episode it indeed make me to volte-face twice to booked ticket from goibibo. I have booked ticket dated 6th december 2018 at 3.37 pm while driving back from my hometown and i have clearly stated in your goibibo application from patna to new delhi and you know this is the first time your apps reserved the ticket from varanasi to new delhi instead of patna and after i received a message, the print screen attached at 3.37 pm i was traumatized and even if you can see your system log i have never keyed varanasi. Subsequently i have to travel urgently to new delhi i instantaneously cancelled my ticket within a minute time at around 3.39 pm and i received message that your flight booking psgjp2mgg is now cancelled and we have processed your refund of inr 1158. I was so stunned that i have paid inr 4798 and because of your app error, and i have cancelled my ticket within a minute your company have deducted almost 76% amount which essentially indignant me. If you look at the antiquity i always favor go ibibo and i believed that i will chat later on to your customer care executive and ask for my refund amount in detail. Immediately i booked my another ticket from patna to new delhi from your go ibibo app and paid another inr 7246. My only query to you is “is this my slip-up of which i have to agonize”

      Also i have ask your customer service team “ how you are going to refund my money since i have booked this from my nre account and you cannot deposit on my nre as only foreign income remittance allowed and i thought if they will ask i would provide my nro account so that atleast my refund get process. But no one understand my queries. They told me that they are trying to reach me and i had given my uae number to call however no one least bother to respond me back.

        I've booked the flight ticket using the goibibo mobile app and the payment is successful from the google pay. But still in their app booking status in progress and i've called them and convey query they told me your ticket will book soon. I've wait for 2hr but ticket was not booked and i've called again they are telling like we did not received the payment. I've checked with my bank the payment was transferred to upi: [protected]@hdfc but they still say that we did not received the payment. I've also attached the proff for the amount deducted from my bank account i kindly request to you to please help me.

              It is painfully inform you that the more than the considerable time has been passed but as on now no positive solution has been received from your end. Apart from the above, it is more painfully mention here that no exeucutive from goibibo team calls back as per their assurance / commitment. I had to wait and wait and just wait for their call back. The response is zero. This is the ultimate limit of my passion in all respect. Kindly settle the suitably the issue else i compelled to opt for some legal ulternatives which will be not desirable mutually.

              I would like to make it very clear for your good self that we have booked 04 rooms for 12 persons. That means One room for Three Persons. The hotel has not provided the room which can accommodate / manage 03 persons. He has not made any arrangement or provided any bed / pillow / blanket / bed sheet to the third person at night during our stay. It is important for your good self to keep in mind that amongs 12 guest (8 senior citizen, 1 ladies, 2 baby Children and 1 me) This is the main issue. Since we have already paid the payment for three persons and GOIBIBO / HOTEL has not given any accommodation / services / facilities to the THIRD PERSON for which we have already paid the required amount and charges. We had clearly mentioned in our booking that ONE ROOM FOR THREE PERSONS. No rooms is booked for TWO PERSON and accordingly paid the amount to GOIBIBO, which may please be noted

              YOUR STATEMENT For hotel KVR DELUX RESIDENCY, TIRUPATI- We checked booking details and observed that we helped you proactively as soon as we received the complaint from your end, spoke with the hotelier and they informed us that on the day of check-in- they kept 1 towel in each room and within 10-15 mins he will keep 01 extra towel in each room.

              Further, hotel can provide 02 towels in each room, not the 3rd towel.

              Reply:
              Please go through the conversations / recordings made with your executive on November 4, 2018. You will found that neither any towel was kept in any room at the time of check in nor made available additional towel within 10 – 15 minutes.
              Please go through the conversations / recordings made with your executive on November 4, 2018 (approx. 11.30 night) and November 5, 2018 (approx. 12.00 to 12.45 hrs. at night) regarding not availability of Bed / Cushion / Pillow / Blanket for Third persons at night (The temperature was about 23 – 24 degree cold)
              Please go through the conversations / recording made with your executive on November 5, 2018 (05.00 to 06.00 Hrs. morning) about non availability of towel.
              Apart from the conversations / recording, you can get the sufficient evidence from the CCTV recordings of dated November 4 & 5, 2018 showing that undersigned requesting the Hotel personnel for providing Pillow / Bed sheets / Cushions / Blankets.
              For further details you can ask the respective executive with whom I talked at Tirupati on November 4 & 5, 2018.
              From the above, you can clearly observer that the Hotel personnel misguide you and your team at all stage.
              It is quite clear and fact that hotel has not provided the basic requirements to us for which we are eligible / entitle and hired the services through GOIBIBO by making required payment.
              It is also truth that even after my various telephonic requests and serious follow up, your team could have not been able to provide us the basic requirement at night and morning during our stay at hotel. In short your executive has only discussed the issue but failed to provide any positive solution in the matter.
              Since we have paid the amount for Third person and that is why it is our basic right to get the basic required facility during our stay. No one can deny for this, which may please be noted.

              YOUR STATEMENT For hotel Shriram and Hotel Sitara, Secunderabad- No concern/issues were raised on a real-time basis, we would have been able to assist you then and there with seeking help from hotel management.

              Sir, we planned our tour with my old aged parents and relative. We never planned the tour with a purpose for lodging complaints and hence we are not prepared for that.
              Timing of Temples / places are fixed. No telephones and other belongings are allowed during the Darshan.
              Moreover, the connectivity and network is a major issue. We did not get the sufficient time to contact you and perhaps you might not able to provide solution in time as per your track record.
              To contact / approach your team telephonically is quite wastage or time and energy.
              From the experience of KVR Delux Residency, Tirupati, we learned that your executive / team is not able to provide any positive satisfactory solution at the time of actual requirement.
              After completion of our tour / journey we shared / registered our problems to your executives and GOIBIBO through telephonically and electronically. These are the Service Request ID Numbers 25561725, 25551338,
              25528275, 25816534, 25817193, 25823864, 25862239, 25528332
              25850678, 25415308. None of the above ID have been responded from your team.

              Our stay at Hotel Balaji Inn, Thanjavar is wonderful. They have provided all the facilities and the conditions of rooms are also quite admirable. We do not have any complaints / issue against Hotel Balaji Inn, Thanjavar. We never intend to favor any false or base less issue / problem.

              During the stay at Hotel Charminar Residency, Chennai we have informed your executive for the room conditions / air condition / services issue. We also requested them to cancel the booking but we forced to stay at Hotel Charminar Residency only. The same can be clarified from the recordings / conversations made with your executive.

              Apart from all these, your executives have not skipped any opportunity to harash / torture mentally / physically / financially and psychologically in all respect by one or another way. From your records, you can find the how many calls have been made by the undersigned and accordingly each and every time your team has promised / assured for CALL BACK. I strongly request you kindly to share the details of CALL BACK made to me against planned / assured / promised by your team. I am sure the result is very very near to ZERO / NIL. It is fact that your executives have just passed time with my serious issue and has done nothing fruitful in this regard. Some time the holding of call period is more than 55 to 65 minutes twice / thrice in a day. Is it efficiency ? Is it seriousness?

              It is very difficult to explain each and every experience in writing. I can explain verbally exactly but no opportunity has been provided me by your UN-EFFICIENT TEAM. I am not demanding any thing additional from you. I am just demoing JUSTICE for which not only me but my entire family entitled.

              I hope the above are more than sufficient facts for your kind consideration and further for needful. Kindly do needful in the matter.

                    I would like to lodge a complaint against goibibo for the fraud transaction that has happened with me last night.
                    While browsing flights on goibibo from phuket to bangkok, i was trying to check how much will be the total payment towards this ticket, but unfortunately app has automatically taken the payment of rs.3128/- from icici saved bank account details & the ticket got booked.
                    While i tried talking to customer service yesterday night, person is telling me that if you would have booked before 11.30 p. M. We would have tried to give you option of void & book.
                    Although the ticket was auto booked without confirmation before 11.30 p. M. The guy completely denied to help.

                    I need refund of my amount urgently & would like to complain to police as well to draw attention towards such fraud companies. I have read other customers complaints as well against goibibo & hope that my issue also get resolved.

                      Booked a ticket on 25th of august and was done through kotak bank in which rs.1200 was to be credited in my bank account. Have been chasing go ibibo team from past 3 months regarding cash back of rs.1200 but the same amount is still pending to be credited in by back account. Every time a drop an email there is a similar reply as the issue will be resolved by eod or will get back you shortly. But nothing has been done yet. Please help me on this.

                      You need :
                      1. To save and to attach the document - image from the bank account which shows deduction of th exact amount from in the exact transaction
                      2. To address the claim to
                      - the bank with request to return money for the exact transaction
                      or
                      - to the service provider
                      3. To xxpress claim in figures and state : what do you need exactly in 1 sentance.
                      4. To state a good reason: reson: You had not ordered any services / had not got the receipt by yourself from anyone for these transactions.

                      If the service provider / or the bank officer (usually lazy madam) failed to refund you in 15-21 days to your account, the only other solution is to get compensation via the civil case in the local court, where you need to pay
                      - government fees: from rupees 200 + own efforts, otherwise 2000 rupees,
                      - charges for legal assitance : from rupees !+ 5000 +own efforts, otherwise from 12000 rupess

                      The fair court shall award you losses, moral harm, paid fees, but the length of the procedure can take 2-3 years.

                        I have booked one air ticket on 15th july 2018 through goibibo site and while booking the goibibo provide me one offer, the offer was if i'll book the ticket through hdfc debit card so i'll get the 5% cash back from them.. So i did the same and i got the msg from goibibo i'll get the cash back inr 2232. After booking ticket i start follow up with them for cash back and they insure me with this re: [#24054649] ref. Id the goibibo need 75 working day to refund the amount but still i didn't get it, kindly reimburse the cash back attache amount.

                            I have booked a room in hotel deepgiri solapur maharastra 2 night (26 th oct check inn and 28 th oct check out.)
                            Hotel have denied for check in as hotel was sold out. Hotel manager said they have already infomed goibibo accordingly.
                            Then from goibibo mr ashish shing call and have requested me to check inn in hotel sai prasad. But i have not checked inn as that was very low standard hotel.
                            I have informed all about this to mr ashish.
                            He said he will arrange for 100%refund and will give a compensation of 5000 go cash.
                            He took all bank details from me and promised that with inn 48 hours i will get refund.
                            From that date till today i have not got any refund nor any compensation go cash.
                            I have called at goibibo for around 25 to 30 time for the same.
                            Always i have to talk to different different representatives explain them by case then they will put me on hold for 15 to 20 mins.
                            Then he will transfer my call to supervisor.
                            Supervisor tell me that he will urgently look into at get back to me in 2 to 12 hours.
                            But no one call back nor my i have got my money back.
                            I have got many email from them that they have taken this issue on high priority and will get back soon but now one get back on this.
                            It is nearly more that 30 days that i am trying to get back my hard earned money.

                                  On 30 th morning 9 am I have started the journey from Guwahati through goibibo flight which I booked . Usually every time I use goibibo for booking hotels, flights etc . Last 26th I traveled to Kolkata and I booked flight and hotel oyo both from go ibibo. But this time it was a torture I reached noida and oyo 9072 at around 3pm after reaching I have seen it doesn’t look like a oyo hotel indeed a private property and when I entered the gate someone tells me this place is booked for wedding and when I talked to the reception they said whole place is booked for wedding. So where my booking gone? Is it a joke ? Just imagine the mental pressure experienced by me . Suppose if it’s a old person or married couple with kid. Please understand the situation how the oyo business has tortured the customer. After I called the oyo customer care no. [protected]. I talked to the customer care receptionist then waited 5mins then connected to supervisor then again hold for 8 mins then OTA for hotel shift to another told them all the situation they appolized me but this is no apologies. You have customer who booked it 2 weeks ago and you sell it to some random guy for wedding? All the proves I am attaching you herewith. Three times I contacted the oyo customer care and they told me they will shift me near by hotel and till now 10 pm no reply . And I had no other option booked new hotel again spent money . So it’s my humble request to kindly look after the matter and Initiate the REFUND PROCESS.

                                    I booked a ticket to travel from Madurai to Delhi on December 16 which I cancelled later due to some problem from the airlines side. Goibibo assured me with the payment full refund but i have not revieved it yet. Its 33rd day today. I have called goibibo customer care several times but I am totally dissatisfied with their replies. I want you to look into this issue as soon as possible. It's more than one month that I am waiting for my refund.

                                      This is with regards to already open ticket #25524549.
                                      I had tried booking 4 flight tickets for 21st nov. But due to website issue only 1 ticket is booked on a different date which is useless for me. I have been trying to talk to customer care, they promise to call back with technical team but nothing is happening.
                                      I have pointed out the exact error tht occured but they are not accepting it.
                                      Even after repeated emails they have stopped acknowledging.
                                      They take out database code and show it to me. But the problem was with frontend.
                                      Wrong data entering into database is the issue.
                                      My hard-earned money : (
