Dear team goibibo,

Please note that at the time of cancelling the tickets from kol-bangkok and bangkok to kol the refund amount that reflected was 11793.

Now i have received the mail that the total refund processed is 5040 and 1555 respectively.

Why such differences in amount.

Please refund my entire money also why is goibibo charging for cancellation.

    I mistakenly booked an air ticket of spicejet airlines on 21/11/2018 which was from guwahati to kolkata. Pnr no. Is jngsgz. I have cancelled the ticket just after booking and contacted goibibo for the refund. But they said there will be no refund as the ticket was not cancelled fr their end. I just a

      Hi,

      I have booked return tickets from delhi to goa from goibibo.com for 7 people for 1 dec 2018 (Del to goi) vide pnr pjfhtr and 5 dec 2018 (Goi to del) vide pnr jy3uyl.

      While booking my flight from del to goi through app, i had selected air asia flight number i5775 departing from delhi a 12:05 pm. However, when i recieved the ticket after making the payment, the ticket generated reflected a different time.

      For this i had complained many times to goibibo as well as air asia, but they are not responding to my complaints.

      Request you to kindly look into the matter and please do the needful, so the revised tickets for pnr pjfhtr for flight number i5773 departing from delhi at 19:50 pm will be provided by goibibo.

        I was provided with incomplete information while I was booking the flight from Goibibo. After speaking with customer service supervisor and provided assurance(photo attached dated 16 October) in written, Goibibo failed to stick to its commitment and doing the right, as was promised.
        In fact, they started disconnecting my calls in between and kept on asking for more and more time disturbing my peace of mind, wasting my time and money on long useless calls.
        I wish to get the services as promised by Goibibo, without causing me any further trouble.

          Dear sir, i booked hotel stay on 18/11 for 19/11. During booking it was written that refunded till/before check-in. But my plan changed. It was an official plan. So i cancelled booking near to 3 pm but there was no refund. During cancelled it showing i have to cancled before 12.
          I'm a traveller & my job is traveling & staying hotel. I did many booking by goibibo. During booking always saw that cancellation till 12 pm. But in this booking i saw cancellation till/ before check-in. But i didn't checkin.

          Non-Refundable if cancelled after Nov 19, 2018 12:00 hours.

          goCash used in the booking will be non refundable.

          Any Add On charges are non-refundable.

          You can not change the check-in or check-out date after Nov 19, 2018 12:00 hours.

          Hence, the refund is not possible.

            I have tried so many times but goibibo guys still not resolved my problem. I dont know what to do with goibibo. My complaint is, i supposed to receive 500 promo go cash+ for my stay at abu road hotel sigma, but still not get it. Niether goibibo solved problem nor contact me till today . As per my talk with goibibo customer executive, It should be solved in 24-72 hours but its more than 2 weeks. Can any one suggest me any way to handle this grievence. I will sue on goibibo about that hotel problem. This is the very third class app i had ever seen.

              refund required for cancellation of tickets due to medical emergency

              I have cancelled pnr no yvpxql due to medical emergency and concern has been raised via mail to [protected]@goibibo.com along with all documents on 14th nov for full refund but getting same answer that request is under process or didn't get revert from airlines, neither customer care executive ready to take conference call with airlines. I need a full refund in such medical emergency case....

              I was trying to book a hotel in goibibo with reference to "gohtldandb3x2gxt" (Booking id).

              At the payment page i tried to pay through direct upi.
              Money got deducted instantly from my axis bank. However, booking got failed.

              After that i called goibibo multiple times to get a resolution with the trasaction screenshot of my bank.

              Goibibo team gave different scenario everytime, they asked me to contact my bank dispute team.

              I have contacted my bank dispute team and they informed that money has been deducted and it is clearly mentioned that goibibo has deducted money.

              Hence i have called goibibo again, and this time they informed something unique and different that go to your upi application and ask for refund...

              How come we can ask for a refund strange response, i am with goibibo from quite a long time not expected.
              I have shared two screenshot one proof of my transaction and other is the response by the goibibo team and after that i contacted my bank.

              Where is my money??? Not expected from goibibo... Respond asap

                I had booked for flight on goibibo but since it was 0:20hr flight made mistake on date so i applied for refund and since i wanted to book another one quickly i checked on refund with gocash since they promised instant refunds. However after processing refund they simply refunded me 100 gocash and even then its showing 0 gocash balance. Even my refund amount is shown as 0. Had taken the cancellation protection. Instead of 5000 something i was supposed to receive. The customer service is also not registering this flight. Very disappointed please rectify fast or will never use goibibo again and warn everybody against the same

                  Room has been denied by hotel management due to unavailability of room last night. Without getting prior confirmation from the hotel you have confirmed me the hotel with confirmation tickets because of your fault i was left out no where at midnight. For that you have debited full amount from me.

                      Against my booking Id HTL4SE2TTB, room is so small for 3 Adults+1 Child. Gorbito show this room as Non AC STD room but it's original size is 9.2 ft x 9.5 ft. In the room there is a bed 6.5 ft X 6 ft after acquired the bed is there possible to lay down a mattress? If yes then I request the person to feel in present situation. I have 2 days booking 1 day I pay Rs. 500/- and upgrade the room. The hotelier said me next booking I would manage you a better room without paying. But when I check in next time he provide me the above said room. In my total journey I booked 5 night 2 at Bangaluru, 1+1 day Mysore, 1 day Ooty. The waste room was in Suvarna comfort, I cannot explain how I spent the last night in this hotel. Except this 2 hotelier give me 4 beded room.

                        Hi I had made booked some tickets(correctly) and post payment I see that wrong tickets were booked .
                        Its been a week I’m trying to reach out to the customer care but there’s no response/follow up.
                        The app doesnt not allow me to make any changes.

                        The payment option selected was 18 months EMI and now it has turned to 24 months EMI, without my approval and the bank states there was never a 18 month EMI option, the 18 month option is still availble on goibibo web and app.

                        Please escalate the issue on urgent basis

                        There’s no 18 months EMI option available with the bank.
                        I have seen number of customers who have complained about similar concerns on the social media.
                        The Goibibo customer care is always busy, I was promised a call back from the floor supervisor and there has been no follow up.
                        I was unable to reschedule the flights as the call centre was busy and your app is just not well developed. It still says you can not process any cancellation/reschedule.(screenshots attached).
                        And the logs can always be edited.

                          My booking id: htleunhe6h.

                          I have made the booking for 5 adults + 1 kid and paid total amount of rs 38, 723 which is inclusive of 5 adults + 1 kid + all the taxes. As per the voucher, which i have received and i have enclosed for your reference, it clearly shows the booking has been made for the above said paxs.

                          Inclusions (As per the english meaning is "what all is included") and exclusions ("what all is not included").

                          In the voucher, please read the inclusions and it clearly states "all the extra taxes + deposits + free breakfast" has been included in the amount which has been paid to goibibo while making the booking.

                          As per my discussion with your agent today, they confirmed i will be paying 50 aed to the hotel as an extra adult fee + tourism fee of 15 aed per room per night. I think, goibibo please do read the line in the voucher again and all these amounts are included while i was making the booking.

                          The amount rs 38, 723 would have been different if i have make the booking for 4 adults + 1 kid. Condition of 50 aed would be applicable in this case when i am taking an extra guest along with me.

                          The room price will be different if you choose 4 adults or 5 adults. Either goibibo is trying to fool customers and trying to charge excess money from customer because this is highly unprofessional and i need a proper solution for the same because i will not be paying any extra amount to hotel during my stay as i have already paid to goibibo.

                            I am awaiting refund of 50k+ from goibibo and after using all your available routes of contact which are not helping me since 2.5 months i am forced to approach you. Booking id htlyhnmtg6 (Mob [protected] doc. [protected]@gmail.com) for 3 pax

                            Hi Goibibo team,

                            I had done package booking for hotel and flight. I got 30k refund of 100000 which I believe is for hotel booking refund but the refund for flights is still pending. Please check refund for PNR W2WQXE; PNR ZN1TXP; PNR E55V9F and PNR BBQWYQ. Your team is getting confused between hotel and flight refund and I am being referred to and fro between the team. Please co-ordinate between yourselves and resolve my query.

                              Sir i made a hotel booking with following details through goibibo

                              Check in 28 oct'18, 02:00 pm
                              Check out 29 oct'18, 12:00 pm
                              Room typedeluxe ac rooms
                              Guests mr sushil kumarrooms 1
                              Transaction amount
                              Total fare 1250
                              Promo discount 276 (Getsetgo)
                              Travel amount 974

                              I made payment for 28th october instead of 27th october by mistake so i had to cancel my booking. As there showed no charges for refund also i got message your refund is initiated you get refund credited in 7-15 days. Now its over 17 days no refund is issued. There site shows you are not eligible for refund. This is cheating. There no representative from goibibo which i can contact.

                              I booked BHIMAS deluxe hotel at TIRUPATI as in goibibo app it was showing 0km from TIRUMALA TIRUPATI devastanam. But actual distance is more than 10kms .So I requested for full refund but not received.
                              Note-hotel location wrongly mentioned in the app so why should I loose my money

                                For finding location of hotel, customer care executive said this hotel doesn't exist and parallel send us email saying that hotel does not exist and called us saying they are providing other property this call was around 12.15pm on 10th nov n later at 3pm mr. Pravin calls and says they have found the hotel n we can check in and earlier all executive lept on saying they are looking for other property. Almost in a day i had made 30 calls n everyone gave fake commitment n non of them is concerned about the mental n physical harrassment by goibibo people.
                                I had booked for my family and later we have left goa.
                                I will be taking legal case and have all audio recording of all executives how they cheat n fraud and also had lost my booking amount

                                Hotel BHIMAS DELUXE TIRUPATI showing as 0 km from tirumala TIRUPATI devastanam but actual distance is more than 5km.As the distance is more I wanted to cancel but showing non refundable...I paid 3569/- just an hour before.

                                  I had booked a ticket (Pnr - j1hj2l) and had paid for excess baggage worth 50kg. When checked with airlines, they said they had not received any money for excess baggage, hence i had logged a support ticket with goibibo - ticket number 25379879 on 1st nov'18. I was told that it will get resolved within 2 hours but it's been 11 days and i have not received any confirmation yet. Infact, when i call goibibo, every time i have to repeat the entire story to the goibibo support folks (Seems they don't log the details of an issue in the ticket) and i get a standard reply saying they will need 2 days to get back. Please help. This has caused a lot of harassment for me!

                                    I have booked 2 hotel room in jaisalmer for 2 days (Check in 9nov to check out 11 nov) total 5 adult. When i reach hotel, person refused to give me room, we don't have any room available, then we talk to customer care of goibibo. After long discussion of around 2 hours they r not able to provide us rooms in any other hotel. We have to stay in oridnary non ac room all o[censored]s 5 adult in very small room...
                                    This is not good, i am complaining this because of my father, mother, wife & my child all of them have to suffer in this festival season

                                      Hey team,

                                      Need urgent help regarding the booking id: htlaxufl8q. I had paid 13k in advance made the bookings. But when in reached the hotel, the hotel says it doesn’t know anything about the booking and i had to pay all the thai currency i had in my hand for the first day stay, i will be forced to checkout by 12pm today, post which i won’t have any room/ money. I have very limited international currency and had to shell that out for the first night stay last night.

                                      Goibibo says the booking is cancelled, never got any prior intimation regarding it. This is really urgent. Need to team to talk to the hotel and deal this. Why can’t goibibo pay the hotel the money i paid them in advance and solve this issue. We are 2 girls currently stranded in the island looking for your support.

                                      Please suppport as soon as possible. I spoke to the customer care around 20 times since last night. I am absolutely clueless worth regards to what to do.
