1. i have booked the flight ticket through IBIBO subsidary of MAKE MY TRIP for journey EX - BANGALORE- DON MUEANG
travel date 06.11.2025/ return DON MUEANG- BANGALORE on 10.11.2025 THAI LION AIRWAYS
2. Regarding this flight i have paid Rs 26741 (Rupees twenty six thousand seven hundred and forty one) through my credit card
3.THAI LION AIRWAYS have cancelled the flight on 06.11.2025
4. I WANT full cancellation and amount to be credited to my credit card
5. i approached THAI LION AIRWAYS with the PNR NO UFKSQS (Passengers RAGHAVENDRA KUMAR BALLLAPURAM & RAJESH KUMAR JONNA NAGA)
6.THAI LION AIRWAYS says that should be cancelled through MAKE MY TRIP before 06.11.2025
7. I REQUEST the concerned officers to look into this matter or direct this email to the concerned department
8. I searched everywhere for the email of the concerned, but i am failed
9. if my email is not replied or answered i will have to go to the CONSUMER COURT regarding this
