Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Train ticket confirmed pending

On 23rd May i have booked train ticket from Madgaon (Goa) to Yesvantpur (Bangalore) for 28th May and even till today the status is same as in the attachment i have added to this complaint. When i tried talking to customer care they said it's not our department and i have a call recording of the conversation too.
I need the full refund. And someone has to contact me.
