Ibibo Group / Goibibo — unable to delete account or history

On goibibo, there is no option to delete booking history. There is no provision to delete the account also.

This is a clear intrusion of privacy as i should be able to manage my data as i deem fit. Every other travel planning app has this option. Only goibibo doesn't. Extremely dissatisfied with this.

I would request goibibo to get this rectified as soon as possible.

It is deeply inconvenient and i would definitely not recommend anyone to book via goibibo.
