I booked a flight from delhi to kannur on 15 of feb at 05:50pm and got a message that booking is under process and payment was deducted from bank but till now ie 16 feb i have not got any response from their end and its still showing booking under process i called them a 50 times but no one is responding to calls.
I have faced a huge time and money loss with this...

    My booking is not yet confirmed, u r asking to wait for 30 minutes from long time.. Only ur not responds.. There is no human at all. It's so much frustrating.. I need to book ticket again if it is not confirmed. This is HARRSINATION.. Not giving any response at all.. I have paid for this.. I need response now.. I should get the proper response now itself.       Hi,

      I booked a ticket for international return flight through dublin to mumbai via london and return along the same route.

      While booking the ticket from dublin to mumbai, goibibo showed me it's a connected flight from dublin to mumbai with stop at london. By connecting flight means customer assumes it to have same pnr number, luggage transfer by airline and immigration at dublin airport and no check in required...

      I have done bookung with goibibo for flight.
      Money has been deducter but booking confirmation is still pending. I have tried contacting the customer care but can not connect. I have still not received my booking and now same flight price is 2 times more. How can i get the booking or my money back. As these frauds are not picking up my phone and they are biggest cheaters

        Dear sir,

        I booked 2 ticked through goibibo on 15 february2020 for chandigarh to mumbai for 28 april2020.

        But my both tickets not confirmed even my tickets fair deducted.. After so much try i can't contact with goibibo customer care... Kindly resolved my issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i have no way to file a legal action against goibibo.

          I have booked a flight through goibibo.
          The amount has been deducted but the status is showing 'booking in progress'.
          It's been more than 10 hours but still the status remains same. I was told to contact customer support if the e ticket is not received within an hour.
          Have tried contacting them n number of times but no response from their end.
          Now if it doesn't get confirmed and if i have to book the ticket again i have to pay more than 3 times the fare.
          Who will be responsible for this?
          Very pathetic customer support from their end.

            I have booked a flight from dephi to goa of 24th may 2020 via flight air india bearing flight no ai 156 and money got deducted but the booking has not been confirmed yet. The site says it should be confirmed within 30 mins.

            I am not able to reach out to them also through email or the phone number. They have a bot as a supporting system and it keeps on repeating that it will be confirmed in 30 mins

            Its very annoying and frustating. I am fedup of it. Nor theey are refunding nor they are responsing.

                As such i am reviving many mails, please disable my mail id from promotional mails. Also unwanted promotional mails and messages, i really don't have time to read unwanted promotional mails and messages, and this mails are occupied in inbox. Please remove my mail id. Just because i used your service 3 to 4 times please don't harrash and torture mentally. I was expecting an important message for my business, unfortunately i got goibibo message and it really disappointing

                For heaven sake please stop sending mails and messages to my mail id sudhi. [protected]@live.com and [protected]. If i continue to recieve in future i will not use goibibo and i will promote others also not to use.

                  Wrong or less information provided by goibibo regarding my flight. Airline was ready to give full refund but goibibo never mentioned that airline shall give full refund. I guess they wanted to get the money. After that they promised to provide all the information regarding refund by 13th feb end of day but still no information yet. Because of all the delays i have my money stuck and i have no clue about how much and when it shall be given to me. The email received on 13th feb from goibibo regarding the issue is “ dear customer,

                  This is a courtesy e-mail to let you know that we have received your request with a subject of [ goibibo[protected] ] and have started working on it immediately.

                  Your request has been assigned with a tracking id [ goibibo[protected] ] and will be responded to within 2 hours or sooner.”...

                  This email was sent only after i called again. My first call for the issue was on 9th feb.

                    This is a story of tired customer of goibibo who lost complete patience and vexed with your services.

                    Myself suresh katamsetty studying in the england had booked the flight from bangalore to london using goibibo website.

                    The website booked a tickets showing as cheapest rate available for following.
                    Bangalore to delhi
                    Delhi to paris
                    Paris to london (Vueling airlines)

                    Goibibo made us (Including my partner) to book the tickets from bangalore to london with 2hr 50min transit time in paris on[protected], but we thought transit time was enough to catch the flight.
                    As soon as arrived at the paris airport terminal 2, we are not allowed to board the flight as the flight to london was leaving from terminal 3 which is only allowed for the passengers with schengen visa. While booking the tickets goibibo mentioned only that you may required transit visa, other than nothing else mentioned anywhere. Airport authorities denied to provide the transit visa as it is invalid to terminal 3. We are not allowed to collect our bags even. Had roam everywhere in the airport to seek some help but no help has been provided.

                    They have only given two choices either you should go back to india or to uk but with different flight from same terminal. Since we have no choice i have paid 51, 000 inr to book the flight then and there to london but with no bags.

                    After reaching here when explained to goibibo they mentioned goibibo is not responsible for your situation. I wonder, what goibibo is responsible for just booking tickets??

                    If i had booked a individual ticket from paris to london then definitely goibibo is not responsible, but when i searched for flight from bangalore to london you have shown the search results to book flights to london without having any knowledge of how local flights and terminals work? Isn't this is your mistake?

                    I have paid 51, 000 extra (What if i don't have money at that point
                    Of time) for air tickets.

                    I have called to vueling airlines and explained the situation then they refunded 169 euros to goibibo on[protected], and then provide a copy of refund statement with payment reference details. I have sent this copy to goibibo, but goibibo till now
                    Hasn't given any clarification on this. Every single day, i make a call to goibibo and only the response is we are looking into it.

                    In the whole case, i have figured out few issues in the goibibo.

                    When i searched flight from bangalore to london heathrow.

                    It showed result for london gatwick as well - which i overlooked and booked the ticket - goibibo has shown erroneous result here (In case, if you want to show other airports results goibibo must prompt the user that it has the result of other airports as well)

                    Goibibo booked multi airlines with different terminals having no minimum knowledge of visa rules.

                    Goibibo doesn't seems to care about customers knowledge as customers doesn't have any knowledge about visa rules when travelling to the destination.
                    I'm sure 80% of passengers only cares about how soon they reach the destination with low fares.

                    However, even after vueling airlines refunds the money, but goibibo is not willing to refund the customer even without realizing that mistake was happened from their end.

                    I'm totally tired of calling to goibibo everyday for the refund resolution.

                    What have i lost in the whole journey?

                    51, 000 - extra fares from london to paris
                    8000 - paid extra for baggage allowance as vueling airlines doesn't allow baggage (Which i come to know that after booking ticket))

                    No bags received for 5 days and spent extra 200 pounds for clothes and food.

                    I'm totally vexed with services of goibibo and response and uninstalled the app.

                    Complaint number 30963803 has all details about the issue.

                    To send this message i have subscribed for linkedin premium with 46 pounds which is another loss for me.

                      My flight from new delhi to shanghai for travel on 30th jan'20 was booked through goibibo and airlines is china southern airlines. Due to corona virus i could not travel, same was notified to goibibo on 28th jan'20 morning. As this comes under force meisure as government of india also baned the travel to china, i requested for full refund. Initially same was confirmed by goibibo executive but later on they offered 1000 rs., whereas my ticket price was more than 39 thousands. Pnr no pb1tj2

                        I have booked flight from mumbai to goa for 30th april with cab and insurance for same (Pnr no: k8fvjs). But i have received no confirmation for cab booking for drop at airport. Neither they have proper ivr on online chat support nor they are continuing on ivr call support and keep disconnecting.

                        Here i have received booking confirmation for flight and insurance but i need to get confirmation for cab transfer to airport booking as well.

                          I booked a one-way ticket from bom to yyz via dxb, on feb. 11, 2020. After payment (Rs. 37, 894) was made through net-banking, to my horror, an error message was displayed on the screen...
                          "aww!! Your payment did not go through!!
                          There was a problem procesing your payment...
                          Reference id related... Is"comupkgintda59747984"for...
                          Try and rebook..."

                          Spoken to customer care and the executive confirmed the amount, then insisted that was my bank problem and asked to try to rebook the same.in reply to my query that do they adjust the ticket price if i rebook as advised, he asked me to pay once again for the new booking. He also said the money will be refunded in due course. When insisted about the reason for failure he informed the error was on account of their payment gateway provider (Name not discosed) and assured that money will be credited back to my account within 24 hours. He also added that i should contact them if i did not get the credit in my account.

                          After more than 36 hours, i'm still struggling to get hold of any of the humans in the goibibo support. The chat option is only for registered users and the wite to management is asking for service request number (No one provided that). There is no email address for communicating with them.

                          I want my money back urgently.

                          Got a message from payu.in, after six hours of raising the ticket, as under:

                          Checked bank account multiple times for 2 days, but in vain. I could not check the bank account on 15th. Got a phone call from call centre (at 02:00 AM, EST) asking whether I received the amount or not. As I could not check at that time, he wanted to contact once again to check with me.
                          Now, I could see that amount was credited to my account, yesterday.

                          Thanks to consumercomplaints.in and the forum members for the support.
                          For the benefit of forum members, I'll be adding another story following related to this type (travel) of transaction.

                            [#30984028] i am daily writing email to goibibo, but no response. My amount has been debited with clear recipt then also goibibo is denying of not receiving payment. They told it might had stuck in payment getaway the same i checked with my bank. They clearly said the amount is been credited to goibibo with details. The same i have forwarded them, then also goibibo is saying they had not received. This people are concern to check with there bank... My booking date was 29th jan and today is 12th feb yet i have not received my money back.. This people is doing clear chit fraud and most frustrated thing.. We can't contact them at all, they don't want to help people after service...

                              I have booked a room in hotel safari jaipur and paid online payment of 1945 from[protected] to[protected].
                              But when i called hotelier, i came to know that room will be available on[protected] at 12 noon.

                              I am facing lot of problem while not getting early check in optional as i am going to jaipur for official purpose and have to attend my meeting at 9:00 a. M sharp on[protected].

                                Dear crm we made a payment for rs. 3, 23, 600/- on 29/01/2020 from my axis bank saving account through noida authority portal via payu.in and some error message displayed but amount debited from account (The payment reference number is [protected], the bill reference number is[protected]. We immediately asked from bank and the assured that money is with payu.in and will be refunded in 7 days. Now its almost 9 days but neither it is credited to noida authority nor refunded. So you are kindly requested to please look into the mater and do the needful immediately to refund the amount and oblige.

                                  I tried booking a train ticket from goibibo website and failed and my money got deducted on 2/2/2020 (Ref id : trnafka6naisxz). Its being showed on your website that my refund has been processed on the same date and it will take upto 15 working days to show on my bank account which is insane. Now on your app it shows refunded and to know more details to contact bank. I need a refund transaction number or any kind of reference number to get in touch with bank to get further details and you are not providing me one. So please kindly let me know and help me out.

                                  I recieved the refund amount on 22/2/2020, which was late but from transaction detaila it shows that they have initiated refund on 2/2/2020 itself but it took 20 days to receive the amount. Probably not goibibo fault but the issue i have is that no way to contact them to get clarification till this time. Only contact was with that silly automated chat section which says the same thing again and again. Please look upto it and allow customers to get in touch with you to get them a slight relief.

                                      I have booked a flight ticket through goibibo in indigo airlines from trivandrum to gorakhpur. The travel date was february 28, 2020. The ticket was for two persons... Ie one for me and the other for my wife usha devi divakaran. The pnr was yblz2b and the confirmed ticket was sent to me through e-mail by goibibo.
                                      But indigo airlines has informed me that the flight was cancelled by them and asked me whether i like to make the journey by an alternate route. They also said that if i do not like it they can refund the money. I opted for refund.
                                      The total amount is rs.14270. But i have not got any refund till today. Indigo has informed me that they have initiated the refund process.
                                      I have already submitted a complaint a week ago. Please refund my money at the earliest

                                      Due to some reason my flight on GO AIR - G8403(PNR - C77V7J) had been cancelled but still I have not got my money back. It really very pain for me for not refunding my money yet.

                                      We residing in India.We booked tickets for the Bangkok tickets under your application but we didn’t come due to corona virus issue it’s unsafe for us to come we didn’t get any proper response regarding refund from your side. We need our ticket amount do consider this world major issue.
