Dear sir / madam Earlier l launched a complaint regarding hotel booking made through gobibo.com on 12 th may 2018.in that case transaction has been showed failed but amount of rs 9246/- was debited to my account. After that you looked into the matter and told me that there is no any such amount credited to your account. So i launched a complaint in my bank (Bank of india). After their survey they told me that the transaction was successfully done. They also mailed me the same.
