Ibibo Group / Goibibo — unsuccessful transaction amount not reversed | |||
Hi ibibo, I booked teo tickets through redbus app on jan18th 2019. The first transaction was unsuccessful. So i booked the tickets again. But i didn't get the amount reversed. When i spoke to redbus & hdfc customer care service they said they amount isn't reversed from the merchant side. The mail details are as follows... This is with reference to your query regarding direct pay transaction. We have checked and observe that transaction has been successfully settled towards the merchant. Please find the below revert received from merchant. Tpsl id:[protected] We would like to inform you that we have checked the the status for the mention transaction and found that the same is marked as success and the payment for the same was sent to ibibo group pvt ltd on january 21, 2019 vide reference no: [protected]. Kindly therefore request you to get in touch with ibibo group pvt ltd through whom you have initiated this transaction. I need refund amount for that transaction.
