I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent experience with Goibibo that has caused significant inconvenience .

Date of Booking: 1st september, 2025
Service Booked: Flight
Amount Paid: 7045
I tried to contact them via their support contact number but it was on loop and not helpful and sometime few support person pick up the call and without listening my issue just disconnect the call.I have booked a flight and Goibibo has provided me an invalid PNR and I have checked with the airline as well.
I have exhausted all standard channels of communication and am now compelled to escalate this matter. I request either
A full refund of the amount paid
Immediate corrective action to prevent recurrence.
If this issue is not resolved within 2-3 working days, I will be forced to escalate the matter to consumer grievance platforms such as the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), Consumer Forum, and social media channels.
