Ibibo Group / Goibibo — wrong booking (booked with two different pnr for connecting flights domestic and international)

Hi,

I booked a ticket for international return flight through Mumbai to Phuket via Delhi and return flight from Bangkok to Mumbai via Hyderabad.

While booking the ticket from Mumbai to Phuket, Goibibo showed me it's a connected flight from Mumbai to Phuket with stop at Delhi. By connecting flight means customer assumes it to have same PNR number, luggage transfer by airline and immigration at Mumbai airport and no check in required again at Delhi again.

As shown in the ticket attached, Goibibo has booked two different flights from Mumbai to Phuket having two PNRs. Flight from Mumbai to Delhi will land at terminal T1 and other flight is from T3. Luggage transfer has to be done by myself. And immigration at Delhi airport. I spoke to airline Indigo, they said check-in will close at 12:05am 17th Dec. Also, it is suggested that you reach 3-4hrs in advance at airport for international flight which is not possible in this case as I will have to collect luggage and travel from T1 to T3 terminal.

I asked them to reschedule my flight which Mumbai -Delhi flight so that I can reach before 8 and have sufficient time for all this at their own cost. But there is no response from their side.

If I miss my connecting flight which will definitely be the case looking at these things, my entire trip money, hotel booking will go in vain.

I want you to take strict action against them on this.
