Dear sir,

I had done a booking through goibibo for airline tickets on 09/10/18 for indigo flight doh to bom on 10/10/18 (Pnr :mhzkut) for passengers louis mendonca and judith mendonca.

Payment of rs 18, 584/- was billed twice and double billing for above booking was made in my account. It could be because of server problem or server error.

Dear team,
I made a booking for my friend at sai ajinkya hotel in shirdi twenty days before our check-in date. Yesterday (16th oct) he went to the same hotel along with his family members and children.
