Dear sir/ ma'am,
This is in reference to the booking id amdmw6aco
I had booked the tickets on 23rd july, in precedence to which you guys took not more than 5 minutes to debit the money from the account.
I got an email on 3rd november, stating some rescheduling in the flight to which i replied the same day. The following email was sent to me on 9th november, saying that i would be needing a transit visa, with no proper information. All the confirmations from my side were done by 15th november, and i had requested an itinerary not less than five times since the rescheduling.
My question to you is, are you people running a joke factory? Is it that tough of a job to send the passengers their respective tickets with a staff of over 1200 people? I won't think twice to rate your company and write reviews for the kind of service you provide on any platform you can think of!
After writing an email to you guys 2 days ago, and a review on facebook, still no response!

- produce what, when and where the events happened
- state the legal reason (extract from the agreement), which requers the service provider to transfer money to unknown account of the anonymous user.
Such type of complaints looks groundless and useless.
