I was flying from new delhi to ahmedabad on 10th feb but there was wrong terminal mentioned in the ticket. When i reached terminal 1 (As mentioned in the app) then i got to know that go air operates from terminal 2. Somehow i managed to reach terminal 2 but the gates were closed. Please check the image attached where terminal 1 is mentioned in the app.
One of the goibibo executive told me to have a new ticket and they will reimburse it. I just had to share the image of new ticket in the same mail we started communicating
I took a new flight which was around 10 hours later and once i reached ahmedabad, i shared the screenshot with them on the same day (10th feb).
Now i again checked the my booking some days ago in goibibo app and now it is showing terminal 2 (Which was previously showing terminal 1), it clearly states that there was something technical problem which leads me to wrong terminal and now how they corrected the that technical problem.
After lots of fake commitment of call back arrangement, lots of lengthy & hectic discussion and illogical resolutions, now they are denying to reimburse of new ticket whereas it clearly states that it was a technical problem from their end.
Please have a look at both the images where it is clearly visible that how they changed the terminal in the app
