spelling changes & phone no. change required in air ticket

Today i have booked return air ticket for son [pnr no. Qnbo8s]. I have faced two problems -
1) spell error noticed in father's name i. E. Instead of sanjay it is written as sanajy. Needs to be corrected.
2) further i have given my son's mobile no. As +49 [protected]. However the same is 11 digit. This is valid number. But for all calling or writing through your call center / website it demands 10 digit...

Hi team,

I have booked train from aluva railway station - bangalore city on fri, dec 21, 2018 through goibibo. The booking id: trnaf7ry0265va.

I received one message on 25tuedec'18 that the ticket is cancelled and the money will be refund within 4-15 days. Still i have not received money. I don, t expect these type of mistakes from goibibo end. Please provide the refund money as soon as possible, will be appreciated....

goibibo cabs

I booked a goibibo cab for my journey on 13-jan-2019 from hotel eyrie suites, aecs layout, marathalli, bengaluru, karnataka-560037 to kempegowda international airport bengaluru. The time of departure for this cab was 5:15 am. I was standing at the pickup point since 5:10 am. When i tried to contact the driver he didn't pick up the phone. I waited there for 15 minutes (Appx) and after 15 minutes i have to find a new cab and go along with him...

Amount of 8239rupees had cut done from bank account. But ticket pnr had not been message to our mobile phone. I called customer care, the executive asked me book a hotel by my own with a limit of 6000/- and difference amount will reimbursed. Hello, i had booked “caravela beach resort” in goa from 2 jan 19 to 5 jan 19 from goibibo app. The booking amount was 96700. While booking, i had applied a promo code cashback according to which if i make payment through my debit/credit card then i ll get approx 20% cashback after i checkout from the resort. Which i haven’t received till now.

redbus refund amount not transferred to bank account

regarding hotel booking

I booked a hotel on goibibo. My goibibo hotel booking id is htlyu5satv. I booked a room for 3 adults and on contacting with the hotel front desk i came to know the following shocking truths :
1. Only 1 double bed is provided whereas we were promised of an extra bed along with a double bed.
2. We paid 23387 and the hotel staff confirmed that they received a payment of 21660. So where did the remaining money go?...
