Hotel Vineet Prayagraj booked through goibibo was not at all worth the price. Once I checked in I came to know. I didn't use their services and checked out within couple of hours.
Unsuspecting customers like me who book trusting the goibibo website, are taken for a ride.
I want my full amount which is about 3000/- (after some discount) to be refunded back. Goibibo doesn't have customers support telephone number or messages.
Kindly confirm my refund at the earliest.

I got message of purchase of Rs. 29 at IBIBO group private limited. What is this??? I didnt purchase anything... This company is fraud.. They are using some customer's debit card details and doing such types of things.. Please take some actions..

    I was booking a train ticket through goibibo app on 03/02/2019 sangum express from kanpur(cnb) to Dehradun (ddn) for 23th feb 2019 with goibibo. My account is debited with Rs. 324.52 but ticket not booked on the payment page. i had choose to pay through Paytm bhim UPI but ticket not booked.Goibibo is refusing the acceptance of payment,
    I didn’t redirected to Goibibo app, So i checked my bank account and see that money got deducted (INR 324.52)but booking not done.I try to track my booking in Goibibo but I couldn’t find my booking.Then i check with paytm payment upi whether money is reached to ibibo or not, i see that money is well received by Goibibo razorpay and i attach here proof of that.
    the bank service providers are telling that there is no such amount refunded.I am trying to call the customer care of goibibo but its seems impossible to talk with them
    Kindly give me provide my refund as soon as possible. I request to take immediate action on this problem

      I tried to book my train ticket on 30th january hariharnath express from saharanpur (Sre) to varanasi (Bsb) for 24th march 2019 with goibibo. My account is debited with rs. 324.52 but ticket not booked. Goibibo is refusing the acceptance of payment.
      Kindly give me confirmed ticket or provide my refund as soon as possible. I request to take immediate action on this.

        I made payment of rs.1085/ for ticket booking, but subsequently i found that goibibo fails to book my ticket, and i received a message that my refund is complete, but till now i have not yet received my refund.

        This is very bed refund policy of such company in respect of delayed refund, you are simply earning interest on all such refund (Not only in my case).
        This is prejudicial to the interest of public or customer.

        If i not get refund with in 2 days, i will have to go for "legal action".

        They have not right to use such money of poor people.

          Now we are told Goibibo tried calling us and because of non-contact, they stopped processing this refund.

          I find it very strange- one, because my telephone number and my email are the same as on their records at time of booking. If they did not want to call again, they could have used email Esther than unilaterally closing refund for overcharging by Goibibo. Sevindly, if the overcharging refund was worked out by Goibibo, where is the need to call. The universal practice is to refund it into the account eherr the payment came from. Obviously, Goibibo wants to prolong the agony one way or the other, so that the customers get sick of them. In fact, Goibibo does not share any email or contact number of any responsible level officers, if any.

          I still feel better sense will prevail, and they should refund at least the amount ehich Goibibo agrees has been overcharged by them... into the account where the payment came from Esther than giving excuses that a call from Goibibo teo months earlier was unanswered. Please remember, customers are not call-centers !

            Tried to book ticket - during my first transaction, i have done with all the things like passenger details, flight selection, journey dates. My payment transaction was not successful and no ticket has been generated and application has also not shown any successful message. Having thinking no ticket generated i have done the above things for another time. This time all were successful and two tickets are generated making loss of my money and wrong date of travel. One of the ticket amount got refunded but for the another one we haven't get solution from goibibo.
            Our money loss/concern/flighting for our money/value of time/respect, is being an entertainment to customer support people. Its been 10 days no person has call back on issue. We need to call them daily and need to listen that they will solve. Even the supervisors. Mangers will not be knowing the person names who are reporting to them, that many people we have spoken on our issue (Vivek, anamol, manindhar, jaspreeth, deepali, satya prakash, ashish, ajithesh, anil sharma). Goibibo wont have standard norms, when asked they will tell that they wont have norms and it will take time (How long they too dont know) when they are connecting to there sub ordinated they make us wait on call for longer time. First of all our patience levels and self respect are damaged due to the customer support people. Hoping that this site will truely check our problem.

            Suggested resolution: prepone my flight ticket without any penality/refund my amount

              I was booking a train ticket through goibibo... the ticket does not got booked but the amount from my canara bank account got deducted of rs 544... the bank service providers r telling that there is no such amount refunded.
              I am trying to call the customer care of goibibo but its seems impossible to talk with them.
              Though they have told through whats app that they refunded successfully but it has not been refunded.

How can any customer book rooms through goibibo? Because other day one customer came and asked for the room that they ve booked online. Is it possible?                     Please take my company's against goibibo. I had booked hotel for dtd 21.05.19 on dtd. 09.12.18. During payment, amount in rs. 3230 is debited twice from my account for payment. After 7 days the amount reflected in goibibo and they proceccesed for refund the second time amount with transaction id[protected]. They said that amount will be credited via same payment mode that is used before for payment within 5-14 working days. But it is a month and 20 days passed but i haven't received the amount till today. I sent emails in goibibo but they are replying in their formatted mail that they will contact me soon but they didn't call me again. Whenever i called the toll free number, they are answering to wait but it is a limit now. Please accept my complain

                      This is in regards to refund against my hotel booking through go ibibo.com.
                      I have made the booking for 2 nights (Booking id htlz4p3j22) but before stay i told them to cancel 1 night due to change in plan. I got a verbal & formal assurance that i will get the refund of 1 night. To the surprise things were not like as told as refund was not provided. I raised the same to the ceo level of the company and chased them for a month.

                      I have been told to create an account so that refund could be processed as the bookings i had made was through the guest portal.
                      I was already having the account so i have updated my email id as suggested by go ibibo personnel.

                      Finally i got a mail from their end that i will get the refund of 5275/- inr
                      4275/- as hotel booking & 1000/- inr as compensation but its more than a month and i a m still awaiting for my monies.

                      I have complained multiple times and spoken to many in the organization but its of no use. Now they have stopped replying to my mails phone calls and my refund is still awaited.

                      Kindly look into the matter & resolve. My details are as follows :

                      I booked a train tckt from Jammu To Bathinda.I paid rs 714 Through ibibo and they redirected me to my bank website, wherein i paid d amount .
                      After successfully paying, when i was hoping to get a new page regarding my Pnr . I got a blank page with just ibibo written on it. Since then they took my money and My booking has a booking failed status.

                        I've booked bus ticket via goibibo on dec 13 2018 from bangalore to chennai
                        (Ts[protected]ciuq) in national travels sleeper class.
                        Boarding point was tin factory, it is said that it will be a pickup van/bus while booking. Pickup time is said as 10.45 and some contact numbers have been provided by goibibo.
                        I was waiting at the boarding point and trying to call the operator but that numbers switched off and no response. By that time volvo bus arrived the point, i asked him for the pickup but he told this is not the bus bus coming behind after that i received a call from an other bus driver that i have to go in volvo and it is the pickup bus for me. After a long struggles i got into that pickup bus, but there is no seat for me because it is an reserved bus for other passengers.
                        Finally they dropped me in madiwala told to wait, i have been waited for more than 30mins in road but no bus came or any information from the operator. I have called goibibo support but after long time it has been connected 14 dec 2018 12.02am and spoken with an executive, he also checked with that contact details he also can't able to contact the operator so he informed me to wait for 10mins so he will get back to me. Time only runs but no call from him, by around 12.40am bus arrived the point.
                        There is no response for my complaint made on that time so i raised that complaint again after 1 month. Now they made a conference call with the operator but he was very rude and harsh in that call not respond to my complaint. After that issue one executive called me and said that only apologize can said not more than that can been done because i have made the travel and i have not complaint on that day itself. But i've made a complaint on that day itself but there is no response from goibibo but they are saying they don't have any data base in there system, but i have the call recording of that day complaint. It shows that goibibo is having only the positive feedback on there database and all negative feedbacks are erased in there database. Goibibo is not at responding to the pssengers complaint, they simply saying it won't happen next time and we have taken action on the operator or else saying that we are not bus operators we are just an agent for ticket booking.
                        So i need a proper solution on this complaint and also need an assurance for this will not happen next time and if it happens what they are going do the issue.

                        I think GOIBIBO will not respond for any of consumer compliants . But how they think consumers will use the app for such kind of irresponsibilities. Getting money from consumers to provide good service but after collecting money they forget about that service, because consumers are all fools and still using that app. If anyone has any idea of making a compliant severe on GOIBIBO please post it so that all others also will use this

                        2 months going to be over but still no response from GOIBIBO. They are not responding to consumer complaints but now it's proved that they won't response to any level of compliant. Those who not willing to respond consumer complaints, i request this consumer portal that they should be blocked for consumer use and to avoid others users not to be cheated or get mentally tortured like this.

                          Goibibo is cheating with customers. I booked hotel in hospet in oyo 24132. Due to karnataka local political issues, i am unable to use tv in room for full day. Then i raised complaint for full refund from goibibo because i am not satisfied. They called one by one and increasing amount gradually for refund. This is one type of cheating to customer. I want full refund but they are saying we can provide partial refund only.

                            On 19/01/2019 i want to book a train ticket, on the payment page, i will choose to pay through google pay, on successful payment I didn’t redirected to Goibibo app . So i checked my bank account and see that money got deducted (INR 8519)but booking not done.
                            I try to track my booking in Goibibo but I couldn’t find my booking.
                            Then i check with google pay whether money is reached to ibibo or not, i see that money is well received by Goibibo razorpay and i attach here proof of that.
                            Then i mailed my problem to razorpay customer support, they replied that money is well received by them and given to you and well accept by you . I attach screenshot of their mail. Now as a customer i am very frustrated and in anger that where my money goes, why no one is able to tell me. As i booked through Goibibo app, so its your responsibility to tell me about my problem, its not google pay or razorpay who gonna answer me, its you.
                            Its been 7 days, but no action will taken from their side and you don’t even bother to solve my problem even after i write so many emails. They just told me to wait.
                            I hereby attach all the proofs regarding my payment.

                              Tickets booked for garibrath from the go ibibo app. The transaction of 2500was initiated by Google pay. It showed payment failed. I initiated the payment through my other credit card .
                              I was charged on the credit card which is fine but later same amount got debited from Google pay aslo.
                              Called sbi bank they denied to help. Called Google pay they denied too and asked me to check with mu sbi bank. Go ibibo does not have any number to speak to advisors. Please help me get my money .

                                I have faced the worst service from you which resulted in ruining my anniversary. Now the only thing I want is refund of amount I paid for your service, as the service provided by you were not as per what was promised.

                                Below is the flow of events –
                                1. Booking - I did booking for Kumar Resorts, Lonavala on 15th January. The booking was for 17th and 18th night. I got confirmation mail from Goibibo that my room is booked and “No need to reconfirm and contact to Hotel”. Booking ID HTLZ7M8FDX.
                                2. Checking not allowed - On 17th When I reached hotel, the manager Alok said that there is no room and didn’t allowed me to check in. He clearly mentioned that he has already updated Goibibo about non availability of rooms and it was Goibio’s fault for not updating the guest. There was no update from Goibbo about non availability of rooms even after Confirmed bookings. I was in a very bad situation there with my wife and 2 under 3 years daughters.
                                3. Goibibo Customer Care Harassment – First of all, there is really lack of empathy in your CR team, they try the patience level of the customer. They don’t understand the issue, they aks the same things again and again and further, they don’t update the status and log in the system so the customer have to explain the issue repeatedly. I have to contact your customer care 5 times and explain the issue for 45 minutes. And all this time, I has on road with my family (including 2 under 3 years daughters).
                                4. False claim of call back and hold – The executives committed two things – they will put my call on hold for 5 mins, but the hold time was over 20 mins with no response from other side. Second they confirmed call back within 10 mins, but I never got call back, every time had to call back with new executive on other side and I have to explain the issue again and again. Again all this at the start of my anniversary vacation with my family.
                                5. Alternate accommodation by Goibibo of lower quality– Your team promised me alternate accommodation and confirmed that it would be better than existing booking was it was fault of Goibibo. But it was just a false claim, even after waiting for 45 mins and 5 times connecting with your 5 different executives, the alternate they were providing were even worse. My booking was of 3, 500 per night, and the alternate provided by Goibibo was under 2, 000.
                                6. My time waste to search alternate accommodation – As Goibibo was not able to provide right alternate room, I had to waste my vacation time and search for alternate room. This too with my family and 2 daughters on road. After wasting time and suggesting two alternates, Goibibo rejected all my suggestions ( with reasons best known to them). Then again I have to search 3rd alternate which took Goibibo team over 2 hours to confirm.
                                7. False commitment to arrange for call back confirmation and conference call with hotel – To avoid similar issue, I requested Goibibo team to arrange call back and confirmation from hotel, but even after commitment, as usual your team didn’t fulfil the commitment. Going a step further in worst service, when I requested your team that shall I check with the hotel first before taking my family there. But your team told directly to go with family. And when I reached there (Avion Resorts), they told me that there is no booking in my name.
                                8. Same issue of Check in Alternate Hotel – Because of worst service from your team, me and my family has to again face the same issue of check in New hotel also. The receptionist at new hotel told me that there is no booking in my name. I had to again call Goibibo and connect them to hotel. So, practically on my anniversary vacation, I was trying to connect Goibibo and hotel. Your executive was not able to connect to hotel also!!
                                9. Wrong pricing and false claims – When I asked your team to provide the amount of alternate hotel, they sent me a voucher of 10, 000 stating that Goibibo has paid 10, 000 to Hotel for this booking. This was a lie, when the same room was available to retail customer at much lower rate. I even saw a copy of mail from Goibibo to hotel where the price was mentioned around 7500. So this is how you fool the customers.
                                10. False claim of service issue resolution – Your team just gives vague timelines to provide resolution which are just lies, one says 20 min, other says 1 hour and service request mail says 2 hours. This is just to give false commitment to customers.
                                11. False claim of GoCash – Your mail confirmed 100 Go cash for every hour of delay in service resolution, but its been over 100 hours, neither the issue is resolved nor I have received and GoCash.

                                On account of above worst service and ruining my vacation and hurting and impacting my marriage life by keeping my wife and 2 young daughters on road that too on the day of arrival and 1st day of my vacation, I demand 100 % refund of my money in addition to the claim of damage done to my married life.

                                If I don’t get 100% refund within 12 hours, I will expose you on social media in addition to take legal action against your false claims and ruining my marriage life.

                                    I faced a hell lots of problem for my flight from melbourne to delhi with pnr no. Y12d8, as my parents were not given wheel chair support event at melbourne airport and also at indian airport, inspite they both are old aged and are suffering from severe osteoarthritis.. It was pretty difficult for them to come out ant took around 2 hours for them to reach out with substantial swelling in both knees of my mother and father, doctors have advisedd strict rest for them... Not only this even the money has been deducted from my creditcard in favour of air india and also they have not upgraded my seats to business class...# company and staff behaviour

                                      As part of booking the flight tickets, i was checking different sites and there are few sessions that were opened.
                                      During this time, i guess the names were mixed up. Instead of
                                      Ab and xy the names became ab and xb!!!

                                      Nobody gives these voluntarily. Why cant update the names correctly!!

                                      The min i submitted, i relized this and asked for correction. Its been 18 hours and everytime i was told i will get a callback and no callback at all!

                                      I have shared the screenshots etc and still its not being considered. What is that i can do??
