[Resolved] ICICI Bank — 1000 euros transferred to icici bank missing | |
Hi, I had transferred a amount of 1000 euro under Beneficiary account IBAN - DE[protected]BLZ 5011 0800 on 7th March from my foreign bank to my NRI account in icici bank but till now this money has not been transferred to my account. I am calling customer care and sending mails to nri team but no one is giving me information. I paid two 10000 RS from two different banks on 9 th March 2017, but they are saying they received only one 10000rs, but I have a proof for two payments and I got success. But how can they say only one payment received, I have a proof what I can do, I should lost 10000 RS because of some people who is not checking properly .
