ICICI Bank — 1899 Rs deducted thrice for PPL/WPP_<PROTECTED>_RENEWAL of policy. I don't even know what this policy is!

Today (on 2nd Jan, 2023), I got deducted 1899Rs thrice in a row, without any prior notification to me, for some thing called PPL/WPP renewal policy. What even is this policy? How do I get out of this and get a refund for this? I don't remember using this service ever. Can ICICI atleast send an email before deducting 5697 Rs from my account?
