ICICI Bank — 1998 money multiplier bond redemption

Dear sir/madam i want to redeem ICICI money multiplier bond of MMD 3 series, it's 1lakh bond i have 2 bonds and the redemption date is 1st May 2023 i have sent so many mails to ICICI but there is no proper response please help me to redeem the bond we are middle class family we are in need of our money they are making it difficult for us.
