ICICI Bank — 2 Unauthorised transactions rs 10000 done on my Lost debit Card

Regarding fraud on 2 unauthorised transactions done on my Lost debit Card, on June 25th 2021 Friday 7:44 pm, i got 2 unauthorised txns debiting Rs 5000 and Rs 5000 from my account *********1634, then I came to know that I lost my debit Card where my last transaction was done**SHCNQ833** Machine on June 24th . Then I called CC and informed the Incident, they raised complaint thru SR[protected] and they said txns were done at SRI SAI BABA SERVICE STATION and they told to upload FIR copy for reimbursement under lost card policy. Then immediately I went to Police station and brought FIR copy, when I called for procedure they simply said my Complaint was closed as investigation team found it was Pin entered or Pin verified transaction I was shocked by the Statement, Bank has considered Petrol station words has true. I called CC many times from Last one month saying that they are not pin verified txns, it is wifi swipping txns but there answer is Pin verified transaction and I was very much upset of losing 10000 rs but yesterday with the help of my friend who is cop, we went to that place were fraud has happened, there, we were shocked by the petrol bunk Manager behaviour, he first said we have only 2 days CC footage data, our doubts on him raised high, second he said the unauthorised txns are pin verified transaction and thirdly he said they don't have txn slip. Sometimes they are telling we don't know of transactions and sometimes they are telling we have poured diesel in Car, how can one pour 10000 rs diesel in Car, because high end car like fortuner has limit of 70 ltrs, so it shd be 100*70 =7000
so they definitely involved in that fraud, atlast by keeping pressure on him he gave soft copy of transactions slip, We were shocked by seeing the receipt, they were PIN NOT REQUIRED CONTACTLESS TXNS, we asked them why they told lies on my txns that it is Pin verified. The Petrol pump has bad reputation of giving amount for percentage for lost Cards, said by their staff only. So it's clear that fraud on my lost debit card was happened. I am requesting once again to reverse my amount, which is Hard earned money, I am attaching FIR copy, transaction slip and phone msg for ur reference. kindly do the needful
