[Resolved] ICICI Bank — 2 unauthorized transaction
On 15 february, i had about 30, 000 inr in 2 transactions debited from my account. I immediately called the bank and notified them. Also, spoke to their fraud department who logged in a service request sr[protected]. I was asked to fill in a bank dispute form which was filled and sent with proofs to '[protected]@icicibank.com' (Email id provided by the bank). I have followed up thrice but i have not received any response after the initial phone call. Hope to get this resolved at the earliest.
