ICICI Bank — 50,000 Cash missing from Cash deposit machine

Today[protected] morning (time 11:15am) we have deposited 146000/- in cash deposit machine (CDM-63061WCR), For some unknown reason transaction cancelled "after counting the notes fully & displaying the amount on the screen" cash got returned. We were informed by the staff that machine generally returns full amount if the transaction is cancelled and proceed to deposit it in another CDM (63063WCR).

Without counting the return cash from first deposit machine(CDM-63061WCR) we have proceeded to second machine(CDM-63063WCR) and deposited the cash received from first machine. After counting machine has returned some notes and 27000/- was deposited in account. immediately we have deposited the balance cash in the (CDM-63063WCR) and 68200/- was deposited in the account and 500/- note was returned.

Now total deposit is only 27000+68200 = 95200/-
CDM-63063WCR retuned 500 note = 500/-

Total missing cash =[protected] = 50300/-

Once we complained to the staff, They found 300/- got stuck in first deposit machine (CDM-63061WCR). after checking both the machines staff are saying that "cash deposited in the machine from morning and cash found in the machines got matched and we are unable to trace your 50, 000/-."

Please transfer my complaint to concern team and see that strict enquiry is made to find the missing cash.
