Worst banking service provided Karaikudi icici branch .in my account 5500 rupees without informing me my amount completely debited .3 month before manager venkat said to me it s our mistake I Will reverse all your money back regarding this pls contact Rajesh.rajeah assured to me next Wenesday this process will be completed.but so many time visit ur bank he didn't response properly .i wait almost 1and half hour he response same answer definitely next Wenesday it will be credited your account.he said same answer several time . Totally worst irresponsible answer given by manager venkat and Rajesh .finallly I decided to close my account for this reason I went to 8 times to yours bank icici, still not yet close my account becaz he said reason yours fd is under lein for locker we need to get approval to release the lien we need two days time to release that lien .after two days I go and ask him he said I need one week time next Friday that means 12/8/2016. Friday I went to the bank no one response me I waiting for an one hour above . I only call him and ask about this then he said sorry sir someone reject that approval .totally I lose 5500 and my fd 13200 no one response properly account closing is also too difficult in icici .worst banking service is going on Karaikudi Branch. Finally I meet one other person his name John Satheesh Kumar cluster Branch manager he give assured and give his no [protected], I reverse all your money with in 18/8/2016.he also want one week time, on that day also I didn't get solution .i give a legal notice to ur bank
