ICICI Bank — 805 rs debited in the name of DP chgs

I checked my account today and i found a debit of rs.805. After searching the nature of the information it seems that it has been debited for demat. Please find below the message from my account summary.

I never had any demat account in icici bank nor i desire to have it.
Some thing has went wrong. Please fix the error and refund my money back to my account.
