ICICI Bank — A loss of 5000 from my account

On feb 29 at around 1.45 pm i withdrawed 5000/- from central bank atm in chennai (acc. No[protected] were i didnt got the money but 5000 was debited from ma account . After 15 mins i cheked ma balance to confirm the loss of money and took a recept showing minus 5000 from my account( transaction no trn- 1015). I called on of the agent of icici bank he advised to check in icici atm, so i went to an icici atm applied for withdrawl of 4300 which was also missed showing 4300 debited but after few seconds he called me and notified that the 4300 wasnt debited . I again appied for withdrawal of 4000 from icici atm and i got 4000 . After the 5000 loss the agent advised to wait for 2 days as it will be refunded by it self. Now its march 19 and the money hasnot yet refunded to my account. Kindly please refund my money to the above account number
