[Resolved] ICICI Bank — a representative from credit card recovery department | |||
Dear concern, my credit card is overdue for which i have been paying the minimum payment for quite sometime. Yes i do agree there was delay in payments and the amount was less aon a few occasions. This representative of your who says his name shashikant calls me regularly and speaks very rudely, arrogantly and does not listen. I have earlier requested to change the representative and i was assured that he will not call or he will speak in sober way. But it started again.
