[Resolved] ICICI Bank — about blocking credit card | |
I have icic bank credit card (Only card not account in icic bank). I have not generated pin yet. When credit card is issued to me i have told that i dont want this credit card dont do the further process. Still i get this credit card at my home address. And then 500 rs charge applied. I have told that i dont want to use this, call the bank and do not pay this amount. Further the next bill issue to with penalty approx 1200inr. Now i have paid it. And i want to blok this credit card. I call to customer care service they do not answer. So i have complaint about this. Please blok my credit card and give the charge back (1200 inr) to my account.
