[Resolved] ICICI Bank — About closing of flexi cash account

I have a offer of flexi cash account on my salary account and customer service man open my account in December 2020 and he told me that this is for one year and after one year if you want to continue pay processing fee and continue with this and if you want to cancel you can cancel on phone but after 11 month in December 2021 i have called to customer service about closing my flexi account but he told me that this service can not close on phone and you have to contact nearest branch and I have gone to nearest branch but again they have told me I can not close this you have to go main loan branch but again I have called to customer service and told all things to him that branch has denied me to close account then he told contact to your home branch.Sir my problem is that customer service operators are not giving proper information and customer is suffering.Sir please do something.
