ICICI Bank — about credit card | |||
I do not want to say hi or hello. Very bad experiences with very bad services. I am having credit card but no use. I am in trouble since two weeks but did not get any solution. I raised sr 4 time but did not get any solution. Many time i tried to contact with customer care on different-different no. But the system is that much complicated that while calling i did not reach to any human only computer only talked with computer. I raised a sr[protected] to link my credit card to account. I received message regarding sr that it has closed and check your credit card detail by login. While calling i went till end but nothing i got helpful.in the last i got thanks for calling in icici bank. What is this? Is there any simple way to contact you people. I mail on [protected]@icicibank.com and they replied that we will attend and revert to your email in 2 business days. Means i can not get any help intently. While calling they ask credit card no. I entered after that they ask pin no. Or pin generate than i pressed for pin generate after that they said please call from your registered no.. I called from my registered no. [protected]. They called me as welcome call, but till that day i did not get my credit card. After that he told me to contact your customer care no. To ask about your credit card. That time i also tried for the same but no solution. Now i got my credit card. And i have some queries but no solution for that. Kindly look into the issue and provide update as soon as possible.
