ICICI Bank — about missing of relieving letter

I worked as a junior officer in icici bank lok vihar branch Delhi for 6 month and then resigned. I served notice period but I did not received my relieving letter. Sometimes I need it to show. I was waiting for a long time but I am disappointed and I want my relieving letter.A mail was sent to me that your relieving letter was uploaded on https://alumni.icicibank.com/ but this site is not working since.
