Iam elvis elias iam from kochi (Kerala).
I had a old salary account with icici account no:[protected]. After quitting job from sutherland i was not using that bank account. Last month i joined in centre square mall as operation staff, and for the salary purpose i just check with the thoppumpady icic i branch which is near to my house. First i ask them whether my old account is active. I was attended by mr. Abijith k. He told me that my old salary account is not active, and he force me to join a new account with a minimum balance of rs10, 000. So i listen to him and the very next day i joined a new account. And the account no is[protected]. After a week mr. Abijith k called me saying please withdraw the rs 10, 000 because some - ve balance is there in my previous account and he mr. Abijith k cut the call. I called him asking wht is the matter how - ve balance came. And he told me that i had taken rs 10, 000 from by previous account when there was no balance in that account. I have a doubt his icici is providing a credit facility. Iam dam sure that i have no idea about this. And this month 25 th abijith again called me saying my new account is going to get cancelled. Because of that issue. And he again cut the call with giving me proper information regarding the situation. He is just insulting me. Treating a customer like #. I called him many times saying give me proper guidance. He was not at all willing to talk with me. He just use me only to achieveing his target account opening. I called him requesting a call back from who ever know about these kind of issue he told me that he is just 3 months working with icici bank. But till this movement i didn't receive any call back. Wow what a super customer service. Iam not a rich guy. Iam living with my salary i have lot to do with my salary. Again i try to reach him. But till abijith k or his manager. Or the branch manager was not ready to talk with me. I need a solution for this. For the - ve balance, how will it happen in salary account. And why he didn't i mean ur bank staff in thoppumpady didn't inform me about this. What is the status of new bank account. I want that bank account because i have already send the bank details to the head office and it's not that much easy to change.
Looking forward from your side, or else i will file a case against icici bank.
