[Resolved] ICICI Bank — abuse on call and home visit | |
Hello i was using icici consumer loan (Loan account number - lcddel[protected]) and and due to i don't have any job right now from last 3 month and i am not able to make payment so i need 2-3 month of time for make payment. So 12th june i receive call from your recovery branch pramod singhal ([protected]) from kaushambi branch and he talk very rudely on call and also they give me threaten statement direct to fighting with me. On sunday one person visit my home mr. Robby ([protected]) without inform me and they pressurize make payment immediately after that i've discussed on call with senior mr. Ravinder [protected] and due to i don't have any job right now from last 3 month and i am not able to make payment so i need 2-3 month of time for make payment. Please take care of it.
