We hv done a jio recharge of 399 on 3rd feb via upi reference id[protected], but recharge is not done.
And amount is credited in [protected]@icic account.
Now jio concern is not giving any positive response for the same.
They told us we are unable to see your transaction details via that no. As we don't have access to see account credit details.
