[Resolved] ICICI Bank — account access
I have an nre and nro account and i am trying to make a demand draft. But i am trying to call from abroad. They say it's a reimbursement account. I have letter from bank stating its nri account but now their system says it's reimbursement account. How did they change they say we cannot access yoir account. I have to go to my local branch. How can i go local branch when i am residing abroad.
It's a pathetic service i am getting. No one is helping me tgey are just transferring calls and giving me other numbers.
