Hi, my account got blocked yesterday without any prior intimation and i have not been able to access my account through wither imobile or website since then. I also recieved a mail from icici bank late last night which says my account was blocked due to security reasons and i should send a mail to customer.[protected]@icicibank.com.
However this email id is unable to recieve any incoming mails which i got notified after trying to send several emails.
I am also not able to connect to the customer care. they are charging my exorbitant amount of money for calling customer care and at the end says that all the executives are busy.
Icici bank is the worst bank in the country that is clear. blocking your own account and then charging fees to talk to the customer care with out resolving the problem.
