I have submitted my kyc form on may 31. it's processed on 27 jun 2016. but my account is still debit frozen. because of this i could not able use icici trade account. i went to branch three times. they have raised sr to remove debit freeze but they also have no idea why it's still in debit frozen.
I have submitted kyc form at icici bank, lb road, adyar, chennai-20.
They said sr[protected] has been raised to remove debit freeze.
