ICICI Bank — Account debited but app showed transaction failed | |||||
Today was making payment of my electricity bill through I mobile after feeding the details it flashed the transaction incomplete try again but the money was debited it happened thrice today, The CRM is helpless and asked me to go and chase beneficiary. The fact is due to their App problem my account was debited thrice but no help or solution by ICICI bank. Was this information helpful? | |||||
