[Resolved] ICICI Bank — account debited but cash not dispensed by atm | |||||
On 29th july, 2018 an amount of rs.10, 000*3, total rs 30, 000.00 wrongly debited from my saving bank icici account but cash not dispensed from sbi atm. I lodged the complaint no. Sr[protected]/sr[protected] on 31st july 2018. My bank returned back me on dated aug 14, 2018 rs 10, 000.00 against complaint no. Sr[protected] and after that my bank replied against my complaint no. Sr[protected] as mentioned below: "we have raised pre-arbitration request on acquiring bank on august 08, 2018. We also inform you that, no revert has been received from acquiring bank" & "we are unable to reverse the atm trxn of inr 10000*2 in account xx7226 as it was a successful transaction" This reply is totally wrong, baseless & unsatisfactory replies because i not received any amount.
