As i given correct documents of mine still there is name mismatch in my account i tried since last one year to change account name . But there is no positive feedback by my branch

Current Name in Account : Vijay Prakesh Dahiya
And My Real And Documents Name Is : Vijay Prakash Dahiya
There spelling mistake in " Prakash "
And My Credit Card which was Attach With Account Was Disabled Now due to late payment, but from the card was activated i haven't receive any statement for paying bill or other thing even I tried to contact customer care but still there no such feedback for paying method
From Last One Month I am Alternatively Going branch for name change and new insta credit card but they are saying come tomorrow or come after 2 days we will do and
Today i went to my branch but there are saying close this account open a new account so we can do correct spelling o[censored]r name, is this way you give services to customer by making fool on name of new account,
