I tried opening account through online on february 12th, since then:
1. No email/sms from icici with my account details (I took a screenshot of account opening success page which had the account number so that's it)
2. Can't activate userid/password for netbanking, it says it's an invalid account.
3. Not received any calls from icici for full kyc conversion which i was suppose to get.
4. Received atm card today but it's useless as still can't access my account
5. Imobile app also does not gave me access to my account.
6. Reached out to icici customer care with a email detailing all the issues i am having but have not received any response yet. Was this information helpful? |
