[Resolved] ICICI Bank — account not activated since 50 days. | |||
I applied for a salary account in icic bank, when i was fooled by there false promises. It's been than 50 days when i filed for the account opening. And yet my account is not activated yet. My two (2) months salary is stuck in the account which i'm unable to withdraw. After complaining to a 2nd manager and the head of the salary team, i still see no hope. My call is not answered, my messages are not replied. I am unable to go to medical services since i cannot pay the bill. I am clueless since i've complained to a 2nd manager also. Please do not indulge in any business with icici. So far this company is the worst i have ever come across with. What would you do, if your 2 months salary is stuck because of the bank's ignorance towards customer service? Was this information helpful? | |||
