[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — account on credit freeze

In feb 2018, icici agent visited my office to open up my salary account (And also to complete his monthly target of selling icici products to customer).
On 23rd april 2018, i have received the letter from icici stating that, document submitted by you are incomplete or discrepant.
So on 26th april, i have visited my home branch, customer care executive over there thought, it would be the case of kyc failure, so she gave me form for kyc.
After doing all formalities, she told me that, it's not matter of kyc failure, it's another matter due to which credit freezed applied to your account.
Matter is, account opening form and document submitted to icici agent got lost by icici itself.
On this, customer care lady in branch said, she can't do anything about it, as account opening team from hydrabad has freezed your account, she adviced - better you coordinate with icici agent who opened your bank account.
So i called up that agent named rahul from j. P. Nagar branch, mumbai.
I have resubmitted all document to him along with original receipt he gave me at time of opening account.
Even after resubmition of documents on 26th april 2018, my account didn't get unfreezed.
Worst part is that, i have to receive refunds worth more than 8k from various ecommerce sites, which i'm unable to receive any more..
And worst part about icici is that, icici just gives monthly targets to its marketing agents and it's agents just care about target not about customer and after sells services.
Another interesting thing about worst icici is that, whenever you visit there branch, their customer executive are more interested in selling their products rather than helping out customer on isssue.
And about it's customer care number, 9 out of 10 times it always shows switched off or engaged, about its customer care email if, you will never get reply from.
Even if you drop email to so called principle nodal officer, mr. Vinayak more, system shows that "we will get you back after 48hrs" but never got reply.
If you don't resolve my complaint within next 5 working days, then i have to drop email to all top executives of icici bank, marking in cc to few news channel editors.
And i will make sure that, i 'll expose dark reality of icici through those news channel.
Anyways, smaller news channels are always in need of such news.
