Hi team,

My name is vidyesh, today i got lien mark on my salary account due to non payment of icici credit card.
I was in contact with the collection department and told them constantly that i will be making the full payment in the month april which they were not agreeing too.
I had a serious medical issue in my family and that is why i was not able to make the payments. Today the full amount of the credit card is auto debited from the account.
Money was not a problem here as i said that i told them that i will be paying the amount in the month of april, i have no regrets with auto debiting the amount.
The question here is why the card is still blocked and when i contacted customer care they are giving me some # reasons that it cannot be unblocked now because it is permanently blocked and i have to apply for a new card now after two months.
My only request to the bank is to remove the block status of the card nothing else.
If the bank can do that... Nothing like that but if not then you should have told me that you are in no requirement of the customers anymore.. There are lot of customer hungry people out there.

    I have a saving account in icici bank varanasi a/c no. Is[protected]. I was done a transaction through eazypayicicibank dated 22/04/2018 rs. 81298/- to u. P. State industrial dev. Corpn. Ltd by transaction id [protected]. As bank transact that amount by transaction id [protected] towards eazypayicicibank successfully dated 22/04/2018 for which i received e-mail but for the transaction between eazypayicicibank and u. P. State industrial dev. Corpn. Ltd by transaction id [protected] i can't receive any confirmation of transaction.
    I have send complaint on given mail id for eazypay i. E. [protected]@icicibank.com on 22/04/2018 and again on 26/04/2018 but not received any response and due to not availability of contect number there is a problem of quick response.

    I was having issues with my iMobile app so I uninstalled it. After reinstalling it on my Android phone, selecting NRI option, clicking on Activate button, the app says that an SMS has been initiated and takes me to 2nd screen which asks me to click on Resume button, and I keep getting the attached error message in a continuous loop. Please help.

    ICICI customer service is really useless. Sending the same standard response to everyone asking them to send a reply to stated email ID with the UID number in the subject. They are trying to take us for a ride, instead of resolving our problems. They are really shameless and the pathetic.
    My Self, Kishore, I told to cancel the request for Loan on Credit card. But the bank officials credit the loan amount to my account. I have raised cancellation request by call customer care service. They have registered the complaint and told will be resolved by 2 days.They have charged emi for the loan also in my credit card statement.

      In feb 2018, icici agent visited my office to open up my salary account (And also to complete his monthly target of selling icici products to customer).
      On 23rd april 2018, i have received the letter from icici stating that, document submitted by you are incomplete or discrepant.
      So on 26th april, i have visited my home branch, customer care executive over there thought, it would be the case of kyc...

          My credit card was debited by rs. 1399 under the activation of oneassist which i neither requested nor i want it. When contacted, they are not ready to deactivate it upon requesting thrice through emails.
          Also the service requests i raise, they close it on the same day without any comments. I got a message that my cpp has cancelled and money will be refunded with 7 working days. But this month rs 100 has auto debited from my savings account. I just want my money back by cancelling the plan.

            While applying for credit cat i had given my e-mail id and address (As per voter id) but monthly statement are being sent to the address which i have never mentioned at any place as well as does not exist at all. My correct email id and postal address as follows.

            And not

              I have been an icici account holder since last 2 years and have been using it as a salary account since then. Today, when i tried doing an online transfer transaction, it is giving me an error that the account frozen/blocked. Bank has not given any reasons for it either. There was no communication in this regard. Today being a bank holiday, nothing can be done and i am left with no option but to wait for tomorrow and visit the nearest branch tomorrow morning first thing. This is very unprofessional on behalf of the bank and i will have to bear monetory loss because of not being able to transfer amount today itself.
              Now i am seriously thinking of changing my salary account to some other bank which is professional and would also suggest others not to use such an unprofessional bank.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                Delhi Public School Miyapur has been added me as a payee to pay the Tuition Fee of 29, 700/-. In ICICI Easy Pay I have given all the details like Merchant Name as "Delhi Public School Miyapur', Location and few other details. And after the payment done I noticed that the biller name was "Export Inspection Agency of Mumbai" instead of "Delhi Public School Miyapur".
                Then I contacted ICICI Customer care regarding the same. They were simply answering that it has been credited to the beneficiary and they were saying to discuss it with beneficiary and not with the bank(then why bank is acting as a mediator). But they are not trying to resolve the issue by refunding my money(Which has been credited to "Export Inspection Agency Mumbai"). Also When I tried to escalate it to higher authorities, I am not getting the correct SR number to proceed further and even they are not providing any e-mail ids. If I send an e-mail to Customer care they simply telling it has been credited to the d beneficiary. Fed up with ICICI(Especially Customer care) response I am raising this complaint.

                Please help to get my money back.

                Just to add to the above, I never did any transaction to "Export Inspection Agency Mumbai" or even added as my Payee. Neither they(Export Inspection Agency Mumbai" ) added me as their payee nor I added them in my internet banking. Then how come ICICI bank sends money to them there should be some kind of validation before sending money. To transfer money, either I should add them in my payee list or they should add me. In my case nothing has happened and my money got deducted and Customer care was not ready to listen to my problem. Raised SR but with that SR I could not even escalate the issue. It seems they are just playing with me. Lets see.

                  I have made a jio recharge transaction using bhim app on 28th dec 2017 at 22:19:52, 399 rs, from karnataka bank, amount has been debited but recharge unsuccessful because session time out. I followed up with karnataka bank then finally replied that "the merchant bank icici bank has rejected the complaint stating
                  That is was a successful transaction and the amount is credited to merchant
                  Account holder @ icici bank. Kindly follow up with the merchant as it
                  Is stated as successful by the merchant banker."

                          Order a phone on 4th april moto e4 plus and cancel that order on on 5th april, but within a week i raised a issue to amazon regarding my refund and they told me that didn’t receive their product when they receive they will initiate my refund.
                          On 19th of april got a message from amazon they initiate my refung and it will be reflect on my acc on 23rd april if your bank in private but till now not getting my refund.
                          I again comlain to amazon regarding this the told me they already initiate you need to talk to your bank and give referrence id i. E. 228420 but when i talk to my bank icici they told me they didn’t recieve any amount from amazon, so you need to talk to amazon.
                          Now i getting pissed off from both amazon and icici no one want to solve my issue and no one want to raise charge dispute.

                          Amazon acc is with the name of divy soni and his no. Is 75330 63195
                          And payment done by my credit card my name is himanshu madan and no is [protected]
                          Total amount is rs 9366 that i paid to amazon.
                          Please help to resolve this issue.

                            From past 2 days I have been receiving too many spam calls from ICICI. I have recently asked for a credit card and this call was made for card protection. On rejecting the service, my call list is bombarded with too many spam calls which I have blocked. Still this seems torturing by making almost 50 calls a day.

                              The jt. Sb a/c[protected] was closed on[protected], as the second applicant was expired. It was closed in chandanagar branch, hyderabad and left with nil balance. The 2nd applicant death certificate & aadhaar copies were submitted. As the icici bank every month sending sms reminders for mab, once again submitted the dc & aadhaar copy and inform concern customer service executives. Pl inform the concern to update their record as a/c closed and no further msgs from both sides.

                                The salesperson sold the icici credit card to me stating that it is a free of cost card in 2016.in 2017 i got a mail with the bill amount. It got waived off when i told that it was free of cost card and the sales personnel misleaded me. Again i got bill amount this year with late fees added. I called the customer care and reminded them to waive it off since i was told that it is a free of cost card last year. They are not ready to waive it off. They are saying that you have to pay this amount. Why should i pay? Why was i given wrong info first hand? Why the bank salesperson are selling credit cards by giving wrong info. Just to get more customers. Also the customer care people are telling different info each time you call them.
                                I feel cheated and bluffed.

                                I am eager and ready to pay the annual charge and then i use the card actively, but i will not pay the late charges.

                                  I purchased this bond on 01.07.1999 for which the redemption date was 01.01.2018. No one in my city like icici prudential or icici bank, punia bihar is able to tell about its liquidity or exact address. I came to know that the letters are returning back of its given address which was - icici towers, bandra-kurla complex, mumbai - 4000051.
                                  Pl help me in liquidity of the said bond.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had applied with the application id: [protected] for the icici coral credit card on 16th April. The card was shipped to me on 22nd April via bluedart courier services with the tracking id [protected]. I have not received the card till today but I have received the sms saying your card is active. I dont know if bluedart has delivered the card to some wrong person, If any transactions happen from the card I wont be viable to pay any bills to ICICI. I dont the credit card number also so that I can block the same. The customer care remains close on Saturdays and Sundays, this is also a big problem. The phone banking service asks for credit card number which I dont have. Collect all the bills from the Bluedart as they have made the mistake of delivering to wrong person. Block the card related to the application number mentioned above.
