Dear Sir/Madam,
Delhi Public School Miyapur has been added me as a payee to pay the Tuition Fee of 29, 700/-. In ICICI Easy Pay I have given all the details like Merchant Name as "Delhi Public School Miyapur', Location and few other details. And after the payment done I noticed that the biller name was "Export Inspection Agency of Mumbai" instead of "Delhi Public School Miyapur".
Then I contacted ICICI Customer care regarding the same. They were simply answering that it has been credited to the beneficiary and they were saying to discuss it with beneficiary and not with the bank(then why bank is acting as a mediator). But they are not trying to resolve the issue by refunding my money(Which has been credited to "Export Inspection Agency Mumbai"). Also When I tried to escalate it to higher authorities, I am not getting the correct SR number to proceed further and even they are not providing any e-mail ids. If I send an e-mail to Customer care they simply telling it has been credited to the d beneficiary. Fed up with ICICI(Especially Customer care) response I am raising this complaint.
Please help to get my money back.

Updated by reddyg2k Just to add to the above, I never did any transaction to "Export Inspection Agency Mumbai" or even added as my Payee. Neither they(Export Inspection Agency Mumbai" ) added me as their payee nor I added them in my internet banking. Then how come ICICI bank sends money to them there should be some kind of validation before sending money. To transfer money, either I should add them in my payee list or they should add me. In my case nothing has happened and my money got deducted and Customer care was not ready to listen to my problem. Raised SR but with that SR I could not even escalate the issue. It seems they are just playing with me. Lets see.
