I have submitted my kyc documents on 5th may 2018 into pune branch. My account is in mumbai powai branch.
As i am not in india, i can not physically go to any branch. I have been calling the powai branch manager repeatedly. I have been requesting a call on my registered number using online 'may i help you ' service. However, there is no response what so ever.
Because of this i could not able use icici net banking even my card is block i am not able to draw my own money. I need this to be resolved soonest possible. Looking forward to help. Was this information helpful? |
