ICICI Bank — activate debit card for online transactions

My debit card has been blocked for security reasons. I tried unblocking my card through customer care number but i am getting the card is already active. While i am getting an error doing the same through online transactions. I am getting an advice to unblock my card through customer care service while i am trying to make any online transaction. Please look in the request.
