I would like to inform you that i had open a savings account[protected] last month in your bank, and i wish to operate my account thru mobile banking.My registered mobile no is [protected]..I have try to contact several times with your customer care service and also i convey my grievence regarding the activation of i-mobile to your local icici bank personals.
Unfortunately i have not get any positive response, kindly do your needfull so that i can activate my i-mobile and can operate smoothly my account.
